Plug and play. No watching Youtube videos trying to figure it out. i don't have time to fool around. Time is money.

OK installers

Range also stuck out from counter edge, so I asked them to see what problem was. They told me it was not an install issue. The problem was that they didn't clear cord away from back of range so the range pushed against cord instead of butting up against back wall. I had to move cord away myself, which allowed range to meet up against back wall.

However, having had this experience once before, I noticed that they did not take time to level it, clean it off, or to give me instructions regarding the "burn off" procedure. Nor, did they take time to demonstrate how to overate the different burners with different functions.
