What a piece of junk!!! I purchased this in July 2014, and it still does not work (Feb 2015). I have had 4 repair visits - but they have not fixed it. This beautiful piece of junk is a joke! Don't be lured in by it's attractive design. Electrolux is the worst company to deal with and so reluctant to take responsibility. My new dishwasher failed within the first year and although Electrolux sent multiple authorized serviceman and NO ONE could fix it after several parts and multiple repair attempts. I have yet to receive a replacement dishwasher in spite of the useless manufacturer's warranty combined with the extended warranty I purchased when the initial problem started. Avoid Electrolux at all costs - especially if in the USA - it's a Canadian company which compounded the service experience.

We bought this dishwasher with an Electrolux kitchen package. It stopped working after 7 months and 8 months after fixing it same issue again and they will not warranty it. Do not buy Electrolux very unreliable and certainly not worth the money!! Plus the microwave stopped working and the knobs on the gas stove fell off.
