Today, I had to call a repairman to replace the cylinoide to the cold water. I bought this set for the name brand and great reviews. VERY DISAPPOINTED and angry. The repairman says give it 5-7 business days to receive the part, I doubt that. I expect 3-4 weeks. If not longer.

After one year?!? And now to fix it the money has to come out of our pockets? Not happy at all about that.
