Excellent washing machine

We moved to a new place and the washing machine that was here was just awful, it tore our things. We decided to buy a new one. And here's what I can say, if you are looking for something that will wash your things, and not smash them into mush like my previous washing machine, this washing machine will suit you perfectly.

Great washer and very happy customer

It's much gentler and removes stains very efficiently compared to the rod-equipped washer I used before. Small items such as socks may get clogged in the drain opening right behind the door if you don't put them in the laundry net. I hope it lasts a long time.

Clothes and washer smells fresh and clean

Very Spacious and Modern Looking Washer!

The Titanium color I chose is shimmering silver gray, which is pleasing to the eye and extremely modern looking!

I will never purchase any other kind of washer/ dryer. After moving into a new house, I purchased a speed queen, after reading multiple reviews, just to sell it 6 months later. The STAINSOAK setting is EVERYTHING. THIS WASHER has removed stains that have been set in for months. It removes red dirt. If you have a boy this washer is a MUST. It has saved me $1000s in clothing.

SERVICE NIGHTMARE - Flooded house - 12 months old

Our washer was just 12 months old when apparently the entire bearing seal on the drum went out and flooded our first floor. This resulted in an out of warranty claim (as we were just two weeks out of warranty) where after substantial time wasted and argument with the most incompetent, un-empowered, ill-informed indian customer service reps who have no ability to convey anything more than what shows up on their screens and have zero ability to communicate with anyone in the company with answers, other than by email, which is never returned, calls are dropped, no one calls back, promises freely given to get you off phone with zero follow up, they agreed to fix the washer. Fast forward TWO Weeks to get a tech here who upon walking in immediately says they only agreed to pay for the labor and I was on the hook for parts. He proceeds to give me a bill, which is just PARTS mind you, that was MORE THAN THE WASHER COST NEW. After another long series of calls and wasted time I get electrolux to agree to pay for the parts as well, which then kicked off the second phase of this ongoing nightmare in the form of trying to get the parts delivered. Again, I was promised over and over that the parts were in stock and would be sent out immediately. Fast forward a week with no indication anything was in process only to find out that no one ever ordered the parts and the claim was sitting in "in process" with nothing actually being done. So then another long argument with customer service to expedite the delivery and they agreed to second day deliver the parts. I got an email this time actually showing the parts were ordered for second day delivery. Fast forward two days and 3 of the 7 parts show up. I am now over two weeks after that original delivery of the parts and have called electrolux about 6 times asking about the remaining parts. The first five of those calls were met with stock answers of the parts have been shipped but there is no tracking information. Despite my pleas of logic dictating that something is wrong if we are days (and then weeks) in with no delivery and no tracking information that something has gone wrong, these pleas fell on deaf ears with only the response of my screen shows them as shipped so there is nothing more I can do for you. No, there is no way to contact the warehouse to ask them, no, there is no way to get in touch with them, no, there is nothing more to do but continue to wait and keep doing laundry at the neighbors... Fast forward to today when I call again asking where the remaining parts are and I get someone who can somehow magically find out more and low and behold....... the parts are still sitting in the warehouse and were never shipped... and the resolution is for me to wait another three business days for a response from the warehouse on what's going on.... so there you have it. 6 weeks without a washer, endless calls and time on hold (hold times have been as high as an hour by the way) to be given assurances, promises, which all mean nothing and there is literally no way to get in touch with anyone at this company that is not sitting at home in front of a laptop in India with zero ability to do anything that there customer service system does not allow them to do, which isn't much. So If you buy one of these, I hope it never fails and you need to go through electrolux to try and get it fixed. I am at the point of buying another brand and loading these up and dumping them in the front of the closest electrolux building I can find.

Worst customer service experience of my life.

My original washer/dryer order was placed on October 14th. On delivery day, the dryer was dropped by a Best Buy associate. I called customer service and was told a replacement would be no problem. That was the beginning of a nearly three-month nightmare. • Replacement dryer #1 arrived defective and was taken away - I had to call to reschedule • Replacement dryer #2 arrived defective and was taken away - I had to call to reschedule • I decided to return both units entirely - I had to call to schedule At that point, things completely collapsed. The Best Buy associate never closed the "replacement dryer #2 return" order, leaving the dryer stuck in a “limbo” state that could not be returned in the system. I called numerous times trying to resolve the issue but was told to "call back in 48 hours" each time...even after 48 hours. During one of these calls, the washer was returned, I was credited for it, but no one ever picked it up. I finally was told I had to schedule a “Return and Haul Away” (two separate services) to remove both appliances because the dryer was still in a limbo state, couldn't be processed as a return, and they tried to charge me for the haul away! The haul-away team showed up unannounced, rang my doorbell, waited 28 seconds, left, and then cancelled the entire return and haul-away order as a no-show. From there: • The return/haul away had to be rescheduled • That reschedule was cancelled by Best Buy • I had to reschedule again • Every. Single. Time. required calling an 800/888 number, reaching overseas outsourced support, and opening yet another ticket. At some point, a local store employee called me and tried to help - but even they admitted they couldn’t fix it because of the sheer number of tickets clogging the system. January 6th - nearly three months after purchase and ten weeks after the return was initiated - the washer and dryer were finally removed from my home. Then it got worse. Almost comical at this point. The (same) associate cancelled the Haul Away (thinking they were saving me money, despite the fact that I wasn’t being charged anyway). That cancellation voided the entire return. My return was processed, but the refund was never credited back to my account. So, I waited to see if the system would work this out. No. I waited a week with no refund. I finally walked into a Best Buy store, where - after 30 minutes of very helpful face to face interaction with staff who knew exactly what they were doing - they were able to manually issue my refund. Something that apparently could only be fixed in person after months of phone calls. The hours I spent on the phone with third-party customer service agents who did absolutely nothing - repeatedly telling me to “call back in 48 hours” - was infuriating. At no point was I ever offered a way to speak with someone local or someone empowered to actually resolve the issue. But they were all very sorry... This wasn’t bad luck. This was systemic failure, poor training, broken processes, and zero accountability. I am cancelling my Best Buy membership, I will never buy another appliance from Best Buy, and I will strongly advise anyone I know to do the same. This experience was miserable from start to almost finish. Thank you to Jayden, Teri, and Chase at the University Best Buy in West Des Moines, IA who worked with me to resolve this absolute cluster of an experience.

Haven’t Bought a new washer in 10 years so I did a lot of research when buying a new one and I’m really glad I listened to the other reviews on this

Wonderful washer

During the first couple of washes, it vibrated a lot, but then it automatically knows how fast to spin to avoid doing that again - and it works perfectly: it is very quiet and hardly a vibration. The pedestal raises it to the perfect height.

Better tech than Miele in my opinion

Clever tech on this. Was loyal to LG front loaders, had one that is going on 15 years now. If I have an issue in first 4 years, I’ll switch back to LG. So far so good. Steam option is also great. Pair this with the steam dryer.

Shakes badly

So far my clothes have been coming out clean. I love the different features it has. My only complaint is when the washer spins it shakes my whole house. This is my second Electrolux washer machine. The first one did the same thing. The balance was checked. It is leveled where it needs to be but still shakes.
