I really like the size of the washer and dryer. It takes less time to do all the wash in our household. I love the fact that it tells me how long it's gonna take to do the task I have asked it to do. My husband made me read the directions before I could use it. I'm glad I did. The features that these units have are incredible. I have truly enjoyed my washing clothes experience. We built a neat shelf to go on top of the units and it has made it wonderful to fold right on top of the units. Really glad we went the extra mile and bought these units. Best Buy was incredible to deal with too.,

We had never heard of these before but after checking it out at Best Buy we thought it would be a good purchase. When it came home we were surprised how nice it looked and how fancy the lights were inside and out. We purchased the cheapest version in White. We had a Maytag Neptune before and loved it, but this one washes so many more clothes at one time. And because of the large capacity the clothes seem to come out fresher and fluffier. I never do these customer rating things but when I was looking there weren't any ratings so I hope this helps others.

This is great. Actually clothes come out barely wrinkled. Great capacity. You can put big, thick towels in that get dry in less time. So far, so good. Got it like a month ago. Highly recommend. Worth the money.

Yes its a lot of money, but you get what you pay for. I love the quick dry option and it dries most things in 18 minutes. The husband's jeans are almost dry. No need for them to be 100% dry since they'll air dry within a half hour anyway. So far that is the only item that doesn't completely dry with that cycle. Viewing its electric I'm saving a lot of money on my electric bills over my old dryer. Another great feature it the delicate cycle complete with the rack to dry flat. Only used it once, but its impressive.

After my hand me down 20+ yr old Maytag dryer died I begged my husband for a front load combo washer/dryer. I have never been happier with a set of appliances. We bought this dryer in March of 2009. We've had no problems with the dryer, the clothes all come out completely dry and most of the time they are wrinkle free but even if they weren't if would be more of a user error (too many clothes, not right setting or letting them st in there). The settings are easy to understand and easy to use. I can't think of one negative thing to say about the dryer. I would buy it again.

Great product, dries quickly. Plenty of space for large loads.

We bought this for $550, new but opened piece. It works well, came with few scratches but it works really well. The tub is quite big and quiet in operation.

With plenty of space this is a genuine buy; one of the best you can get. I would recommend it to anyone.

it is everything and more. I had never paid that much for a dryer and washer set, but it is well worth the money. I have the washer and dryer, I love them. I don't know how I got along without them.
