got this because it was supposed to fit a 31 inch depth closet...not true...stuck out about 36 inches. also, steam feature seemed to do nothing, and the dryer looked dirty on the inside. returned for an lg..much better.

Set, push Start Button, Go..... This is a simple but efficient machine. I only had to continue the manual cycle a couple of times due to some dampness. But only a couple times vs. dozens of times getting perfectly dried clothes. Just keep the filter clean with each load to keep it efficient. Steam feature hasn't been tried yet.

I have had this washer for a little over a year. In that time the unit has twice stopped working. Basically the belt that connects the motor to the spin drum is able to come loose. When this happens the belt cuts the drum and allows water to spill out of the unit. I had this repaired a few months after I purchased the unit and now 9 months later the same thing has happened. Water has damaged my floor, all of the electronic circuitry is wet/ damaged and will need to be replaced. Last time it took Electrolux over a month to get the parts to the service people so I was sitting at a laundromat with a brand new useless washer at home. When you pay almost $1000 for something you expect it to work. My experience with Electrolux has obviously not been positive from the service end either.
