This is very soft and nice flow yoga. Nothing extreme. Great morning routine. Great for my back pains and the instructor is amazing.

This is a great video and the instructor does a great job describing the art of yoga. However, I still found some of the poses challenging and viewers need to have a strap or towel nearby to follow the program. That being said, it's still a good video for newer yoga participants.

it's good but not super challenging, I like the use of the strap/towel, wish you could play the two 30-min segments together without having to return to the main menu
