I wish the exterior pot was available in white. It's smaller capacity than I thought for a 10-cup but it's still adequate.

A wire around the edge

I really need it. In stead of returningit I had to polish the wire. I believe if I returned it or exchange another one, bestbuy would take care of it.

Awesome rice cooker

Which is good for cooking food as compared to the aluminum vessel. The size of the vessel is perfect for 6 person serving. At the end of the cooking the rice won't get burnt nor stick to the bottom of the vessel which normally aluminum vessel does. Easy to use.

I use this for oatmeal, soup, rice.... I wish it had an on/off button (I may buy one of those switch on cord things). Great for reheating leftovers too (the idea of using a microwave kinda makes me wanna hurl)

Good quality for price ,not real stainless stee
