Q: Doesn't the rice stick? I am curious as I've only used the ones with the non-stick coating.
A: Yes, the rice sticks a bit.... but... non-stick is chemically... I unstick rice after removing what is needed for the meal.... I remove pot from heat, add a splash of water to extra rice & cover. The cooled rice comes out easily & is ready for the fridge.
