    First time I used it it smelled like it was burning I turned it off right away I tryed to return it to Best Buy but they said you have to return within 15 days I called the manufacturer and they would not do anything they said Best Buy has to deal with me.

      First use may result in a slight odor or small smoking upon heating, it is normal. This is a result of the heating of manufacturer residue.

      Start at the slowest speed to prevent splattering. Then adjust to speed setting that best commodates the food you will be mixing.
