Screen material reminds me of one of those big coscto swimming pools. Cheap vinyl. However I guess it doesn't matter because its not being handled, just hand on wall with.

Great looking screen. I can't say it was easy to put together, cause I had Geek Squad do it for me...well worth the money after watching him do it. Using a Optoma GT750E projector on it for 3D gaming and movies and I love it. Sports look good too. Sitting roughly 13' from screen it looks amazing. After about 30 minutes into a movie, friends and I both agree, you feel like you are sitting mid way in a movie theater.

I was so excited for my big day! I waited two weeks to get my Epson 5030 projector and Elite 110" screen installed and couldn't have been more excited. The screen was not in stock and took 10 days to order. I am not sure why doesn’t Best Buy doesn't keep any elite screen in stock, I am sure they are one of their most popular screen brands, even at their "vaunted" Magnolia store they have very few screens in stock...Anyway, once the geek squad personnel started to put the Elite screen together and noticed that one of the side parts to the fixed screen was wrong. The box contained did not have the right pieces. I asked the Geek squad to at least install the projector, so at a minimum I could view the projection on the wall until the screen issue was resolved, but the tech and his manager were unwilling to accommodate my request. I was crushed! My question now is, What is best buy going to do to make this right? It sure would have been nice if I could have ran to best buy and exchanged the faulty screen for a new one.
The tech blamed the screen company for the mistake, yet I paid Best Buy for the equipment, not someone else. Please take some ownership for the error! You were happy to get my $3000+. Also, I am THE ONE that is corresponding with Elite screen to get the part shipped overnight so I can have the install rescheduled for early next week. Shouldn’t this be Best Buy’s job? I am the one vested in this, seemingly not best buy…I will be making calls to Elite screens again today to attempt to expedite the shipment of the missing part. I will be the one taking another 4 hours off from work when the next install attempt is made.
Instead of enjoying my sweet set-up, I am writing this comment. I wish I was here prasing Best Buy for a great experience, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. Over the last 10 years, I spent over thousands of dollars at Best Buy. Based on this experience, my next purchase will likely be from Amazon or Apple.
