    Overall this is a great screen, and decent picture quality. Wish it was acoustically transparent though. Some small waves in the screen will hopefully iron out with time

    We use this is our basement for our theater room. We hung it in front of a window and have no issues with extra light. The motorized screen is great!

    Manufacturer claims that the motor is quiet. That isn't true in my case. It makes an obnoxious grinding noise when retracting. Upon speaking with Elite Screens, the customer service lady said that "it's normal." Well, it's unacceptable. The screen folds and curls. The screen had little pin holes at various places. Spent almost $800 at Best Buy and I'm wondering why I didn't buy the low end $259 one. I guess the tab tension is just the name.

    Installers said there were issues with the brackets that I can’t comfirm but it’s up and has a great picture.
