the movie is good, glad i saw the the movie but wouldn't spend the money

Knowing it's a sci-fi fiction, the space shots and cg scenes are pretty good. But the story line is a bit much to take on. I can see why the main character fights for his health and a better life, but to be moral about events happening around his community is not a believable plot at all.

Overall entertaining. Felt like something was missing at the end.

I thought it was just okay....my boyfriend liked it better than I did.

I liked the movie for its spin on the whole "us vs them" concept

this is a decent movie to watch.I've seen better and I've seen worse.

I felt this movie was jumping on the "dystopia" fad that was running through Hollywood at the time. The story was trite, Matt Damon was miss-cast and as far as I was concerned it was a waste of celluloid or whatever movies are now filmed upon. I was so disgusted with the movie that I fast-forwarded through it just to get to the end. I then donated it to my library, which looking back I should have just thrown it away to save any library patron from unfortunately attempting to watch it. Needless to say; don't waste your time and money on this movie. Rob

Probably the weakest of the three films by this director.

I liked the plot but the movie wasn't as good as I hoped.

Recommended by a friend. Good movie to watch on the weekend.

It was okay. I would suggest watching District 9 instead.

I think these people should have read Larry Niven's "Ringworld" and not brayed about their originality. True the makers are not from the US, but still... Actually rather than silly... I think stupid would be better. I highly recommend that you save your money. The plot... oops, did I say plot? if you searched it would be hard to find. But when found, the actuation of it is beyond stupid; inane? banal? you gotta be kidding?

After a strong debut with District 9, Blomkamp attempts to tell a sci-fi story about class inequities that really falls flat.

The story is predictable and a little strange, but I suppose it could happen. I would not waste the time to watch this movie.

No digital copy included. It says digital copy is included but it’s not. After dealing with reps who refused to help I finally got one to help. The rep insisted she was mailing the correct movie with digital copy. I received the same incorrect item without the digital copy.
