This ceramic mug cup keeps exact temperature for coffee or tea. I feel my coffee has more delicious because exact temperature and ease of use.

I’m giving this 4 stars only because I really really really think the 14 oz is better. If you don’t care about the size as much, this is a great option. Keeps the drink at the set temperature, which is exactly what it’s supposed to do! I fell in love with this one, less then a week later I HAD to have the larger 14 oz. The smaller one is great for traveling

Got it for my mother in law who likes her beverages extra hot - and heats and drinks the same cup of tea ten times throughout the day. She was a bit confused initially on how to use it but after a quick run down of the product she now uses it for her green tea. I wish it was a bit more affordable so I could get one for myself but it made for a great gift.

I used it 2 or 3 times and every one of them consisted of me resetting the mug, deleting the info from my account and bluetooth devices. It was too much work for one mug that could not connect to my Samsung note 10 plus and samsung note 10 as well. If you have a compatible phone I think this is a great option for home use only

The Ember mugs have been great. I used it daily at least twice per day and love how it keeps my coffee or tea warm for at least an hour. Using the app, you can specify the exact temperature you want the beverage to be. The newest version 2 now keeps your beverage hotter for 90 minutes.

This one is definitely more expensive than other brands I looked at while doing research for a gift. At the end, I went with this one because of the positive reviews and recommendations. Even though I paid a little more than I wanted to spend for this, the design is really good and the quality is great. It looks really elegant in black.

at only 10oz it doesn't work to well with Nespresso machines since the coffee + froth + creamer will almost always be closer to 12oz i wish it was just a little bit bigger for coffee, however works very well for teas etc.

I got this for my husband, at first we thought we wasted our money. But after using it for a while, we both agree that we will never go back to a normal mug again. I always had to microwave my coffee and hate that it is either too hot or too cold. I never have to worry about that now. This is the 4th times I bought this, my husband and I, and the in laws all love this mug.

Nice coffee cup when it works. Was able to download the app and connect to the cup via bluetooth with no problems. But had a hard time at first getting the cup to turn on and heat properly. Ended up calling the 1800 number and getting some extra assistance. In the end was able to get the cup to work properly and charge properly. The cup is quite a bit heavier than a tradition cup but it makes sense why. It is a pleasure to use once itw working properly. Works for coffee, tea or hot chocolate. It does feel like a very well made product. I would recommend this product. Maybe it was just me that had these issues.

Bought this two-pack for two different people: one for my wife and one as a graduation present for a friend. My wife loves hers and uses it all the time. You can select the exact temperature you want for the mug. It seems to clean up easy and no battery issues. When my friend unwrapped his, he was excited as he was planning on getting one anyway. Both he and my wife often let the coffee sit for a time and it loses temperature.

Great product and keeps your coffee at desired temp. I wish it would stay charged longer than it does.

The product was great at the beginning but then after a few months one of the cups just melted down when I left it on the charger The other thing I found out was that it gets scratched very easily even we were so carful when washing it

Yes they are pricey. But they are worth every penny! The mugs works seamlessly keeping my beverage delightfully hot. I have even purchased the travel mugs they are the bomb as well! This is my new favorite gift! Anyone that drinks warm beverages will love it! When your cup is less than half full and you take a delightfully hot sip it adds a whole new meaning to the word mug!!!! Ember is AWESOME!!!!! Their customer service is excellent as well!

Love how this keeps my warm drinks warm for a good time. Battery drains quick, but never before my drink is drank.

I got the bundle which is a much better deal then buying it alone. I read reviews about the possibility of the enamel cracking and chipping in 6 months. I hope that isn’t the case and only time will tell. Other than that the cups work as advertised. Easy to pair easy to use, easy to charge.

If you drink an abundant amount of coffee like I do, plan on a lot of trips to the coffee pot as this is a lot smaller than I planned - I got too used to my 64 oz Yeti - but the feature of keeping coffee warm is nice

Really enjoy not having to worry if my coffee is still hot! Only 4 stars because I would prefer my coffee a little hotter than 145° and that's the hottest it will go but, not a deal breaker and the app doesn't always find my cup so I have to pair it again but, again, not a deal breaker.

Love these mugs. Best price for 2 mugs. Keep beverage hot and the app is easy to use. Love this!

tl;dr: absolutely does what it says if you don’t need your coffee hot for more than an hour, or if you don’t spend much time away from your charging coaster. I have no idea if there are better products on the market for this or not, but it’s an aesthetically pleasing mug that keeps my coffee at my desired temperature throughout the workday. There is a caveat: without using the charging coaster it’ll only keep the liquid at 135 degrees for about an hour. This would be fine if not for the fact that it doesn’t charge on the coaster while heating liquid, which means you don’t buy any time away from the coaster if you let it spend some more time on. For example: if you’re down to 5% charge and put it on the coaster, it’ll go up to 6% max. In this way it feels like the mug under delivers.
