Keeps at very consistent temperature. Works much better than expected. Easy to clean and use. Would buy again.

Does what it says. Had issues for a few days getting them to update. It keeps my coffee and my wife’s tea at the perfect temp. I do wish it was a better battery life but more then enough time to finish my coffee. Going for a second cup might be challenging.

I bought this as a gift for my best friend for Christmas. She is a mom of three and her coffee drinking is often interrupted for long spans of time. Now he coffee never gets cold. She loved the gift. I even bought it as a best buy daily deal and got it for a steal.

I was nervous after reading a few reviews regarding these cups, but I typically make my hot beverage and stir in my cream and sugar in another cup and then transfer to this one to keep it hot, which it does VERY well. I just don't want to risk damaging it with a metal spoon.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS CUP....I am now completely spoiled....easily angered whenever I get coffee anywhere outside my house and it’s not perfectly tempered for every sip. Yes, SPOILED and I know it. Honestly, these were a gift along with a Nespresso machine from my wife and well worth the money because I have barely bought any coffee outside my house.

It does hold the temperature, but the cup holds so little that it is gone before it needs to be heated. I would have liked a larger cup that holds an amount that needs to maintain the heat.

Finally a way to keep your coffee warm! BUT do not put it in the microwave.

I love this temp cup, I normally have to het and reheat my coffee a couple times in the a.m before actually heading out the door, I no longer have to do that wit this mug. It does keep it super hot, but def warmer than without it... dry sleek an sexy too

bought as mothers day gift and works fine 10oz is too small and over priced...

Would give this a zero if I could. Have had it for awhile now and it pairs with my phone about 5 percent of the time. When it does, it lasts about 45 minutes before the battery dies. It does have a cool glowing light. Mug is also very small. Super expensive. Wanted to like this but now I look at it every day with buyers remorse. Ember if you're reading this you should be ashamed of this product.

I'm the type that sips on a cup of coffee or tea for an hour or more sometimes while I'm reading, or working. Being able to come back to take another sip while maintaining your ideal temperature for your beverage is such a pleasure. The app could use some refinement in terms of battery usage though. Decided to install it on my tablet rather than my phone for this reason.

I could not live without my Ember cup. This cup keeps my coffee hot for about an hour. I used to throw half of the coffee in my cup away because it got cold; now I have hot, hot coffee to the very end. I love being able to set the temp to my preferred heat. I have purchased several of these for gifts and everyone loves it.

Love this product. As a mom to twin babies I used to have to reheat my coffee several times a day. My only complaint is that the inside of the cup's surface scratches if using a metal spoon to stir.

Cup keeps beverages very hot. It’s a little pricey but worth it.

I bought these for my wife and I. We are constantly reheating our coffee as we drink it. It just doesn’t stay hot in typical mugs. This was a good deal and something both my wife and i can appreciate.

I love this cup. There is nothing like having a hot beverage stay hot to the last sip! I’ve given it 4 stars because it is expensive but I use it every morning. I look forward to my morning coffee.

Good for keeping hot water hot. Due to textured bottom of cup, a little harder to clean and easier to stain for other drinks (eg tea and coffee), especially the white mug.

Okay, so it doesn't always connect the first time to your phone - no big deal for me. I just try again until it does. Eventually it does! Besides, once you have set it to your desired temp, it remembers and will keep your drink at that temp even if you're not connected. Overall, great idea and makes drinking hot drinks enjoyable!
