This mug is terrible. You're better off using a regular mug. The heater doesn't get that hot and it's just heating the bottom of the mug, so unless you're constantly stirring your beverage, it WILL get cold. The prongs on the charging base are trash, so they'll either break or one will get stuck so that the entire mug doesn't charge properly. Which is vital because the mug's battery only lasts about 30 mins, so it MUST stay on the charger. Massively overpriced, don't waste your money.
