I love coffee. I love this mug. Love to drink my coffee from this mug. It keeps your coffee warm. I have had my mug for about 7 months and this is the only cup I use. I use a single serving machine with pods - coffee is not the best but it is convenient. One of the negatives is the coffee doesn't get hot enough so when drinking from a regular mug it cools down quickly. the EMBER mug solves that problem. So, now I can savor my coffee without trying to gulp it down- no need to reheat in the microwave. The only downside is it can take some time to recharge. I forgot to put the cup back on the charger after washing it and was so annoyed at myself when I realized I would have to use a regular cup. Always remember to place the cup on the charger after cleaning so it's always ready. the copper color is really pretty

Got this as a gift from my husband so I would stop leaving my mug in the microwave. It is great, I love that I can set the temp I want on the app and take it with me around the house or the office. PS don’t tell my husband, sometimes I forget to put it back in the charging base and my coffee gets cold anyway lol

Overall a decent product if you can keep the mug charged. If the mug is removed from the charging coaster, it will only last around one hour or maybe a little less than two. I personally will not purchase a second Ember mug and will wait for the next generation which hopefully will have a longer battery life. Otherwise, the mug is easy to clean, offers good size for tea or coffee, andis a pretty product.

I have wanted one of these for years and did not want to spend the money. I work from home and end up warming up my coffee multiple times a morning due to meetings. I finally pulled the plug and am so happy I did. I love the fact that it keeps my coffee the perfect temperature until I am finished, and it is also very easy to clean.

Pretty good mug. It does keep the drink at a proper drinking temperature, doesnt die too fast.

This cup is incredible!! Any serious coffee drinker should get one. Your coffee stays hot for about an hour before it needs to be charged. If a person works, you can connect the plate to electricity from your desk, you can continually have HOT coffee all day.

I tooked off a point because it needs to be recharged after about 1.5 hours

This mug is wonderful. Every cup of coffee stays at just the right temperature and the cup recharges quickly. Took one star off because it will not stay linked to the Ember app.

Best Christmas gift to give anybody. I even have a temperature now I want my coffee now it’s 129 degrees lol. I love this

This is the 2nd Ember I have bought for my wife and she loves it. The first one lasted 4 years with daily use. This one is slightly larger than the old model. The Ceramic outside feels great and the coffee always stays at the desired temp.

I bought this Blue model on sale to try before getting another as a secret Xmas present for my Daughter. It works as advertised and I am extremely happy and my Daughter says "best present ever" as she works 2nd job from home at desk for hours at a time. The initial 135 degree setting I thought was a little too hot for my taste but I have gone back to it after trying 125 degree recommended by some Coffee guides. Initial setup for the App was okay but not intuitive that you must actually follow a few extra steps even though the prompts are already saying press "here". It is best to manually sync the cup in your phone's Bluetooth first before trying to follow the App. After that go slow and let the App sync until it gives you the menu. I only used the App to change the temperature and it is not required to keep that setting. If you are going to move the cup from your Coffee Bar/Kitchen often it is best to have a 2nd charger base just to not have to walk back for a charge if you are holding a cup for long sessions in another primary room. Following guidance to not use metal spoons and non-abrasive cleaning and no issues yet with the interior coating after 4 weeks of use.

My Ember mug stopped charging and working after about 12 months. Luckily, I had Total Best Buy Protection, which replaced the product. The only surprise was a $29 deductible, I didn’t realize that was part of the plan. In hindsight, I might’ve tried the manufacturer’s warranty first, since that would’ve likely been free. Still, the replacement process at Best Buy was quick and hassle-free, and paying $29 was much better than buying a new mug at full price.

Amazing cup that allows me to enjoy my coffee down to the last sip!

Love the Ember cup. I can have my coffee stay hot for hours! The only downside is the app. It is horrible. Can't pair with cup. Can't personalize. Thank goodness the default temp is 135 degrees, otherwise my coffee would be too cool for my taste. If I could give Ember my review - and I've emailed them multiple times - FIX THE APP!

Bought this for my boyfriend and he loves it! He prefers it over an insulated mug, because it stays hotter and at just the right temp. It is a little pricy, but it's great for someone who works in tech and loves to have cool gadgets.

Now I don't have to reheat my morning cup of coffee in the microwave. This Ember keeps two cups at the right temperature all morning long. I have to remember to place it on the charger each night so it is fully charged in the morning.

Gave this as a gift to my wife who loves having her coffee hot. Normally she would set her coffee down and when she got back to it, it wouldn't be hot enough. This would cause her to microwave her coffee 4-5 times. With the Ember, she places it on the charging coaster (which keeps it going continuously) and she can sip away all morning long.

It’s a great product so far got it about three weeks ago and it definitely has done its job very well. I do think that it is a little bit pricey but thanks to Best Buy it was a deal of the day . I was very surprised at how great it works and the look is amazing.

I wasn’t sure if I would actually use this but I use it everyday at work!! I set my temperature on the app & I don’t have to worry about my coffee getting cold!
