I love coffee. I love this mug. Love to drink my coffee from this mug. It keeps your coffee warm. I have had my mug for about 7 months and this is the only cup I use. I use a single serving machine with pods - coffee is not the best but it is convenient. One of the negatives is the coffee doesn't get hot enough so when drinking from a regular mug it cools down quickly. the EMBER mug solves that problem. So, now I can savor my coffee without trying to gulp it down- no need to reheat in the microwave. The only downside is it can take some time to recharge. I forgot to put the cup back on the charger after washing it and was so annoyed at myself when I realized I would have to use a regular cup. Always remember to place the cup on the charger after cleaning so it's always ready. the copper color is really pretty

My husband is a slow coffee drinker and was always have to reheat his cup. This ember cup has been a great solution. I recommend purchasing the larger cup if you are using a Keurig type machine.

This is my third cup once you have one it’s hard to do without it.the first one lasted about a year and a half the second one was new and didn’t perform as well as the first one so I took it back. The one I have now works so well the coffee burns your mouth. Great cup

I bought this Blue model on sale to try before getting another as a secret Xmas present for my Daughter. It works as advertised and I am extremely happy and my Daughter says "best present ever" as she works 2nd job from home at desk for hours at a time. The initial 135 degree setting I thought was a little too hot for my taste but I have gone back to it after trying 125 degree recommended by some Coffee guides. Initial setup for the App was okay but not intuitive that you must actually follow a few extra steps even though the prompts are already saying press "here". It is best to manually sync the cup in your phone's Bluetooth first before trying to follow the App. After that go slow and let the App sync until it gives you the menu. I only used the App to change the temperature and it is not required to keep that setting. If you are going to move the cup from your Coffee Bar/Kitchen often it is best to have a 2nd charger base just to not have to walk back for a charge if you are holding a cup for long sessions in another primary room. Following guidance to not use metal spoons and non-abrasive cleaning and no issues yet with the interior coating after 4 weeks of use.

Love the Ember cup. I can have my coffee stay hot for hours! The only downside is the app. It is horrible. Can't pair with cup. Can't personalize. Thank goodness the default temp is 135 degrees, otherwise my coffee would be too cool for my taste. If I could give Ember my review - and I've emailed them multiple times - FIX THE APP!

Bought this for my wife as a Christmas gift as she always complains about her coffee getting too cold and loves it hot. Bought this on a whim and it does not disappoint. She has made comments it's one of the best surprise gifts I ever gave her and that she loves it. After ~1 year the charger stopped working due to the pins getting stuck and their customer service sent a new one right away at no cost.

This is the 2nd Ember I have bought for my wife and she loves it. The first one lasted 4 years with daily use. This one is slightly larger than the old model. The Ceramic outside feels great and the coffee always stays at the desired temp.

I gifted this to my mom. The activation and usage is easy once I've set it up for her. All she has to do is press the wanted temp setting on her phone app and it'll start working. Time to heat to desired temperature is about 5-10 minutes. My only dislike is how fast the charge gets depleted and the constant need for charging.

I like the cup but it is a bit on the heavy side. The concept is great and it does keep my coffee warm. The coffee comes out of my Kuerig at 156 degrees, which must be about normal but the highest setting for the cup is 145. I don’t think I get the full 90 minutes of battery life with the setting at 145. It’s a great concept, I just wish it could keep my coffee hotter.

Bought this for my boyfriend and he loves it! He prefers it over an insulated mug, because it stays hotter and at just the right temp. It is a little pricy, but it's great for someone who works in tech and loves to have cool gadgets.

Awesome for someone who likes their coffee hot! Saving a lot of wear and tear on the microwave! If you drink coffee through the morning, it's best to use the recharging stand as a coaster, since the battery lasts about an hour and a half. Highly recommend.

I love this mug. So much so that when I saw it on sale I bought an extra one in the 14oz size for the house. It’s my go to for tea, coffee, and sometimes soup. I recommend finding a temperature you like and setting it there. Once that’s done you pretty much never need to use the app if you don’t want to.

My husband and I both have one. Mine is three years old now and his is one year old and they still work great and love them! I can sip on my coffee and it stays warm for almost 2 hours.

It’s a great product so far got it about three weeks ago and it definitely has done its job very well. I do think that it is a little bit pricey but thanks to Best Buy it was a deal of the day . I was very surprised at how great it works and the look is amazing.

Pretty good mug. It does keep the drink at a proper drinking temperature, doesnt die too fast.

I like the concept of this mug. Overall it has worked well, 9/10 times getting it right that there is a beverage in my cup. My I main complaint is thst i feel tied to the charger. 80 minutes goes by faster than you’s think.

The Ember Mug is a great gift for anyone anyone who enjoys their drinks to be hot, and to stay that way. They provide you with a nicely-sized cup which not only comes with an app to customize & set your own temperature, but it also has built in thermal technology to keep your hands safe & store all of the heat inside.

This thing keeps my coffee at a perfect 140F for me. Only problem is if my phone is away from the mug it shuts off. Now i use this at my office job and sometimes i need to step away from my phone and need my phone. So when i walk away the mug and app disconnect and it shuts off. Its an annoying thing that just happens.

The Ember mugs are excellent. They perfectly solve the problem of trying to catch your hot drink during the short window of perfect drinkability before it gets too cool. Just set your preferred temperature using the app. It might take a while for you to learn through experimentation what your preferred temperature is, but one you know, you know. There are two sizes. My first size was the 10oz. mug. It is slightly too small to hold all of a Nespresso Virtuo coffee, and barely holds 10oz. from a Keurig. I was pleased when they launched this 14oz. size. It suits all my needs so I recommend paying the premium for the larger cup. My first cups where white. They tend to stain after some use. Therefore you might be more satisfied with a black or blue mug. Be careful with the charging base. The two little electrical elements that power the cup are fragile. Place the cup gently on the base. Don’t set it down too aggressively or you can break them. You can buy a new charging base but it isn’t cheap.
