I got this as a gift and I am so pleased with it. I received the travel charger as well for those long trips. Buy it, you won't be disappointed!! I already had the small mug for at home and it holds a charge for the same amount of time.

Most likely it is because of the difference in temperatures that the material starts to warp but not to the point where liquid starts spilling out.

I also got the car charger for him as he does plow snow and this will keep his drink warm when he is very cold. No more cold coffee while sitting at his desk either!! The best of both worlds!!

However, without the phone app it’s hard to adjust temp., the battery life is less than 3 hours, you can only fit about 11.5 oz even though it says 12, and they make you purchase the automobile charger separately for an additional $50. Definitely not worth the grand total of $250 after tax when there are a few other options that are significantly less expensive. On top of all that, BestBuy stated that this item is a non returnable item. Save your money and look into other products that offer the same for 1/4 of the price.

Needs a better battery

However, the battery life is terrible. The point of a travel mug is that you can travel with it but the battery is only good for a couple hours, maybe. So if you are a coffee sipper or one that drinks multiple cups a day you may want to invest in additional chargers so you have one at work and home, which is disheartening seeing how much the mug is to begin with.

It is a changing game with this mug. She made her coffee this morning before church & she loves it.

It dosen't charge when there's coffee in it and my husband is on the go at work so he's constantly leaving it behind coming back to cold coffee. It's supposed to last 3 hours but that must be for the coldest setting because his dies within 90 minutes.

However, a fully charged battery runs out in less than 2 hours when not on the charger, thereby defeating the whole purpose. Even if you have the mug on the charger, the battery gradually drains.
