We liked it and works great on the road charging your devices ces for a great price

My daughter was excited when we gave her this solar back pack for her lap top. It is much more sturdy than the one she has been using for work every day and with the advantage of charging her devices while on the go. She said it is well constructed and well padded. She was quite impressed with her gift.

Good little backpack and it expands... nice quality and solar charging feature will help out the next time I am out hiking...

It doesn't sustain the charge on a phone. But it will charge a phone or iPod within an hour if they are powered down.

Back Pack was to small for both a laptop and school books. Did not try to recharge a cellphone or laptop battery using the solar panel. Returned product to Best Buy. Purchased another larger back pack that could hold a laptop and school books. But no solar panel. To bad.

This backpack is awesome. It has save my phone that is suddenly my lifeline several times because I was on my bike. Glad it was the deal of the day as well.

Backpack is good size and solar power is good enough to charge a phone.

Idea is great but the "solar charging" wouldn't work unless the light was so bright you'd need spf 120 to protect the rest of you. Can't find spf 120? You and everyone else who'd never think of going out in such bright light. I had to literally hold the backpack within 6" of my high intensity modeling lights for the solar cells to register a charge on my phone! Never could get a charge if the light was of normal level outside or near a window, making the system rather useless.

Laptop and tablet fit nicely and are well-protected. I have not tried charging anything with the solar charger yet.

It's really good for outdoor events. Satisfy and charges decent power

definitely worth the price! Made for a great gift and had already tested one out before, so it's a product I'd recommend to people who are outdoorsy types, that love to hike or even using when going to the beach.

The bag looks fantastic and fits quite a bit but it does not keep the energy it harvests. it needs to be on extreme direct sunlight to work and again, it does not store any power. not ideal for the occasional traveler or the person that carries a bag into work.

besides solar power charge which is also at a very slow speed there is not anything good in this backpack. there is not enough space after you put your laptop in it. i had to return it as it was not ideal for my day to day work life.

The solar panel is so weak that even in bright sunlight it wouldn't charge my devices. Finally to find out what was going on, I put up an amp-meter on the plug and saw that it only produced enough juice when a bright incandescent light was right next to it. Had to return this.

I need to order one more for my daughter. She will start junior high in the fall and there is nothing else that could help her stay more organized than this back pack. I look at it as my partner in my studies, it helps me keep it all together like nothing else ever did! :) You will simply love this thing!

This is one of the best investment I made to satisfy my energy needs. I used to pay more for regular bags with no additional use.
