Customers are saying

Customers admire the H3PRO Hybrid Wireless Gaming Headset's impressive sound quality and comfortable design, with many praising its comfortable ear pads. However, some users experienced connectivity problems and inconsistent battery life, along with occasional Bluetooth and software difficulties. While the audio quality is a major selling point, potential buyers should be aware of these reported issues.

Having issue's not even half a year in with the product. Headset is great when it works but is having major connection issues and noise crackling when it is just slightly away from the dongle.

Stopped working 2 months after purchase. Sound simply won’t come through the headset most of the time. I’ve tried every troubleshooting step I can think of - charging, restarting, connecting the dongle to a new port, to another PC - nothing works. Sound will come through for a second as I move the mic arm, then stop coming through again.

These were bought for my wife and she loves them. She uses these for work and the boom mic helps with the conversations although these are not the best when it comes to ANC and mic clarity in regard to blocking ambient noise. Still a great set with decent sound and wow do they look awesome!

Incredible headset I've tried many from different brands like astro a50s, Corsair, steel series, and razer and I have to say the audio quality and durability are great. Would highly recommend.

It's okay but not worth $300. The noise cancel is trash. Mic is generating noise after a year.

Very disappointed. Only had these head phones for 6 months and the microphone is already crackling…. After paying $300 for headphones, they should freaking work for longer than 6 months!

Wait for sale, not worth 300

I got these headphones on sale for around 100 dollars. The audio is decent, but lacks in the bass a little. The higher sounds sometimes sound crappy but it’s not really a problem. Keep in mind I play on Xbox so i can’t customize my headphones like you can on pc. The real reason I’m giving this 3 stars is because after about 2 months the microphone started making a buzzing sound that only my friends could hear. For 300 dollars i would think it would a last a bit longer, no?

    Unfortunate Performance

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

For the price this headset comes at normally, it appears to be outpaced, outmatched, and out performed by the 60$ Razer Blackshark. Audio quality is vehemently harsh on the ears, almost sounds like someone is constantly ripping paper next to the eardrums when firing in shooters (the headset is advertised as "gaming"). Software took more than one install to obtain a firmware update that made the thing work. Don't get this, get a wired blackshark.

    Headset doesn't last long

Their not bad but, for the price I expected a lot more. I prefer my wired Apple earphones to these. They are constantly dying and for me, using USB to use Bluetooth to connect to my PS4 isn't desirable since I have extended storage. I wanted these for my XBOX but unfortunately, though I searched for an XBOX Bluetooth headset, I got an XBOX compatible headset but not through Bluetooth, it just has the capability. I would have returned them but I didn't read my receipt and thought I had 30 days. SO now I have an expense headset which uses a cable. Unhappy with the purchase.
