I must say that we liked the HP printer that we purchased from you earlier, but with the purchase of 2 I Pad Pros, your salesperson told us they would not be compatible. We bought therefore an Epson printer that he suggested (on sale and a cheaper model)...it uses ink far too quickly in comparison, and it is not user friendly like the HP.

I love Epson printers and this ink. I love that each color is separate. You may think it's cheaper buying one cartridge with all of the colors in one. Wrong! When I need to replace Cyan, why replace a cartridge that still has plenty of the other colors remaining?

It's an ink cartridge that fits. What more can you say? It works.

They're printer cartridges. They contain ink. My printer won't print without them, and it will print when I install them. That's about all I expect from printer cartridges, and they met my expectations.
