    For months, I have been having issues with "other" versions of this printer ink. Then ultimately,I was convinced to go to best buy, and I have looked at another brand since. Simple product ,that actually did it's job.

    Epson is a great product but the ink runs out pretty fast which seems to be more of a printer problem and not an ink problem.

    These ink cartridges last a relatively short time. I am disappointed in the printer these are used in. There is no way to just print in black which is what I use most. In the meantime, the other cartridges are drying out and clogging the heads. Therefore, it makes me unhappy with the ink cartridges as well.

    Overall, have been sorely disappointed with my Epson printer in general because of the ink cartridges. They do not last a long time, and do not have the ability to reset as some other brand cartridges do, so as to fully get every drop out of ink out of the cartridge. Next printer will definitely not be an Epson.

    I purchased the 88 as opposed to the 69 because I do not print a high volume of documents. The 88 works great for my needs.
