I like it cause I'm in school and print essay alot

Although I appreciated the automatic ordering, it seemed to be a little preemptive in that it would arrive, I still had plenty left and would sometimes order again if you didn't change out/catch the notification.

Great and convenient service. I cancelled it because it did not take into account that I had a rewards, and just charged my card for the full amount.

So thankful I invested in the Epson printer scanner and fax machine! The packages of the color and black ink simply cannot be found at a lower price anywhere else other than Best buy! It even alerts you when you're getting low and need to order. You can even set it up to auto order your ink :-). I truly love this. It's easy to connect to your Wi-Fi and Bluetooth both. And likeliest the easiest cartridges to replace.

Couldn’t get the easy replenish software to work properly with my chromebook. So I had to sync the software to my MacBook in order for the easy replenish ordering to work correctly

I signed up for this program thinking it would help keep ink in my printer. When the printer was running low on ink, it automatically ordered a new replacement cartridge. However, it took 2 weeks for the new cartridge to arrive, and by that time I had to go buy another one from the store. A program like this needs to be able to ship the ink within a day or 2, not shipping 10 days later using 4-day ground shipping.

So the first time my printer told me I was low on ink, I went to see what happened to this service. I was told on the Best Buy website that I needed to register the service on the Epson website. Went to the Epson website and they told me I had to download their ReadyInk service to register my printer. After I downloaded the software and selected my printer, I was told "This printer is not registered with the ReadyInk Service. After 20 minutes searching the Epson website, I found an email link for support. I sent them an email and after a day or two, I was informed that this was a Best Buy issue. I called Best Buy customer service and was put on hold for almost 2 hours. The woman had no idea what I was talking about and after 20 minutes sent me to an HP website to register my Epson printer(?) and hung up on me. Next I found the number for Geek Squad. After 15 minutes they finally explained to me that I needed to call Best Buy Customer Service because it was not a Geek Squad issue. I thought Geek Squad is Best Buy, but obviously not. So I called the Best Buy Customer Service number again. This time I was only on hold for 9 minutes. The woman I spoke with this time was very helpful... up to a point. We figured out after 20 minutes or so, that the last 2 digits of the printer's serial number did not match the serial number Best Buy recorded for that printer. It was at this point her assistance ended. She informed me that I had to go to the store to get this resolved. During this pandemic, the stores are all closed except for pick up service so I am not sure what to do about this next.

Only had printer for a month. Have not had to use the online replenish feature on the printer yet. Process sounds easy enough, but cannot give a true quality of value rating just yet.

I like the idea of having replacement cartridges sent to me when I run low. I don't have to worry about running out to a store or being shipped to late

Convenient to have ink automatically sent but I do not yet need it. I will have to see if the shipments continue to come too early. I'm only not recommending it because of the timing.

What I love about the Best Buy Easy Replenish is that you never have to worry when you run out of ink! The printer communicates with Best Buy as soon as it's running low on ink and it automatically generates an order and the ink is shipped right out to you by Best Buy!! The days of going to the store looking for ink replacements is over!!! This is FANTASTIC!!!!

When you need ink it's always at the most inconvenient time. Hoping this will mitigate that issue with anticipating our ink needs.

Easy to install into copier. Colors are vibrant. Prices are good. Will order again

In the past I had a tendency to run out of ink at the worst times. With the automatic system I'll never do that again.

Haven’t had a chance to use it yet. It looks like it will be more flexible than HP’s instant ink. Time will tell.

I haven’t used this yet I don’t print that much stuff so idk how well this works or how convenient it is yet

I enrolled in this program when I purchased my new printer a few weeks ago. I love that it takes the hassle out of making sure you're getting the correct ink every time as the printer sends a message when it's running low, ensuring you get the right one when you need it. And it's sent directly to your door eliminating the need to track it down..definitely helpful as a busy student!
