When something think ink is needed, it sends it, you may not really need it but it sends it anyway. The ink you really need it NEVER sends. they make you drive somewhere and buy a multi pack but then you have extra of the other ink. The sales clerk tells you The ink quantities will be adjusted, but so far have not. Best buy tells me to contact Epson, Epson said Contact Best buy.

ok service for what it is intended for , replenishing ink is never fun

By using the replacement plan, I never run out of ink. I highly recommend this program.

I loved getting the cartridges in the mail. Then something happened & I cannot figure out how to activate it again. Please help!

It is like your assistant. It will automatically placed orders for you once your printer run out of inks. You don't need to log onto your computer to place the order nor run to the store to buy the ink. Very reliable. Inks are always available to you at home when you need it.

Good service if, like me, you forget you need ink until it's too late.

i hope this works . signing up for this was easy , now we will see if the printer orders ink when needed . that is what i thought i signed up for

I signed up for this program when purchasing the 'all in one' printer. Time will tell how this program works out.

Okay but was not what I expected. I was looking for a all in one with fax included.

Love this printer due to the single ink cartridges and ease of installing them. How ever I do not like you sent me ink I did not request and charged me $10 for each of the 4 when I did not need them. Do no send me any more unless I order them. Thank you, Felicia

Can’t tell if I am enrolled or not. Am I? Too many passwords, nicknames, locators. Who knows what is going on?

I was told by a Best Buy associate when I purchased my Epson WF3720 printer that the printer cartridges sent in the inkreplenish program will be the XL size cartridges. Instead, I am receiving the regular size only. Also, I am receiving each cartridge in separate deliveries. When one of my cartridges are low, most other cartridges will likely be low as well. I should receive all XL sized cartridges (black, cyan, magenta & yellow) in one shipment. I will concede that black only will also be OK. When I was an active CPA, I always replaced my cartridges within a few days after replacing the cartridges so that I would never run out of my supply. There should also be a place in the MyBestBuy account that allows me an opportunity to make these kinds of changes. I was not able to find such an opportunity in my account. Also, I have paid more than double for my cartridges in one month than I did with a competitor's program in my earlier months with about the same number of printed pages.
