Loving this printer so far. The instructions for setup were very simple to follow. Not one snag during setup. Print quality is excellent. Very easy to use. Very pleased. I've already recommended this to a friend I like it so much.

This is the most fancy printer that I have ever owned. Like any other printer it takes some time to set up properly and connect to your devices, but once set up it works very quickly to process any requests. I really enjoy that the paper drawer is stored inside the machine and that the catch tray automatically moves in and out when using it. It saves a lot of space and gives the printer a sleek look.

The xp 7100 printer was a replacement for another Epson printer. It was easy to set up and start printing. Thus far, there have been NO issues. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a printer to evaluate the xp 7100

I chose this printer to replace a laser printer that had finally stopped working. Setup was easy and using it is very intuitive and easy. While it isn't as fast as a laser printer, it is fast enough for me. I love the small footprint, as room on my desk is lacking. All in all, I love it and recommend it to anyone considering a new printer.

This is the 4th one of these printers I have purchased, so you can see that we like it. It does everything we need or want it to do and more with very little fuss and bother. We need to replace ink cartridges and occasionally clean the print heads. That's it. Every time I need to replace one I look to se if this one is still available and I breathe a huge sigh of relief when it is still on the market. I hope it stays that way as long as I need a printer.

Bought this on sale with high hopes and have been more than happy with it. The trays are a little confusing - I had to google how to print an envelope because the default setting is for a CD but other than that it works perfect. Previously owned HP. While it was a little more user friendly the ink cartridges wouldn’t work consistently. The test page would print but all other print jobs were trash. So far this printer prints great. Con- not as user friendly as other brands Pros- prints great and isn’t constantly trying to force me into a subscription for ink

Size, features, print quality are all great. Auto duplex print was a requirement. Auto duplex scan was desired but not essential. This printer has both and was relatively easy to set up. Directions were good and clear.

Good quality prints for documents and photos. Software works well. Setup is a bit tedious with all the downloads and updates. Overall it is an excellent printer for home office.

Printer connects easily, either via ethernet cord or Wi-Fi. I love the compatibility the printer has with older computers, but yet it can seamless adapt to the newer computers as well via software download. Simple setup, but multi-functionality is great. Everything processes fast, whether scan, print, copy.

I usually buy Canon and HP. This time my Canon 7720 photo printer had irredeemable streaks in the black photo printing. The replacement Canon printer seemed very flimsy, so I looked at Epson for the first time. I am please I did. This XP7100 has a lot of features in a compact space It has a fold away ADF. A document feed at the back. Two paper trays at the front. The unit is relatively sturdy. The output paper tray extends and retracts automatically. It has a photo black cartridge as well as a bigger general use black one. Setting up the printer was fairly easy, even connecting to print directly from mobile devices and to use the Epson cloud. I have an email address for the printer. Print quality is good so far. I did have a problem with scanning a photo with a white border. The scan started at the beginning of the image but extended to show the white border on the other three sides, thus making reprints at full photo size unsatisfactory. It took me all morning to add a border to a photo and print it to look balanced. The scanner still started at the beginning of the image. I don't know how to fix the scanning by the Epson scanner.

Perfect printer and for an outstanding deal - $99. I have wanted a perfect printer that had ADF as well as 2-sided print/scan/copy features. I did extensive research. While the Epson Eco Tank and Work Force series are all extremely good, I couldn’t find anything with (1) ADF & (2) 2-sided print/scan/copy, as well as compact size for small homes and good print speeds. The only thing I could have lived with is just 2 print inks versus 5 print inks. But, I am sure I will see the value of 5 inks when I start printing photos. At the end, the Epson Expression Premium XP-7100 small-in-one printer is truly reflective of its name and is an excellent premium looking and premium performing printer with premium features like ADF and not just 2-sided printing, but also 2-sided scan and copy as well, and great print speeds and small size.

The Epson Expression Premium XP-7100 Wireless All-In-One Inkjet Printer is a great printer that works wonderfully with Mac operating systems. However, the included software is a bit confusing to install and seems to be quite outdated. Despite this, the printer is reliable and produces good quality prints. It is also user friendly and easy to set up. Overall, the Epson Expression Premium XP-7100 Wireless All-In-One Inkjet Printer is a great choice for those looking for a reliable and efficient printer.

In general this printer works great. Setup was straight forward and the printouts look great. Once in a while the printer pauses for a couple of minutes while it kind of grinds and acts like it is cleaning the print head. No paper is used during this process. However it is irritating if you just printed something and have to wait. The only major issue I had involved the naming of the print trays. I printed something from my iPad and the printer kept complaining that I was out of paper on "Tray 1". It took a long time to figure out that this was the photo tray rather than the main paper tray paper tray. I wish they used terms like "Main" and "Photo" rather than "Tray 1" and "Tray 2".

I have had many Epson printers, but I usually gravitate toward the WF models. I read reviews for this and two other Epson xp models before deciding to purchase this one. The feature that set this one apart was thw ADF (which I rarely use anyway, and have to keep it taped shut because that’s where my cat likes to sit and watch me work—she approves by the way. She says it’s the perfect size). ============================================== I’d like to talk about the installation process in an effort to ease the minds of those who may have read the many reviews complaining about it. I use a MacBook (3 of them actually), and a PC windows laptop. I had no issues with setting up the printer on any of them. I thrift printers all the time and so I’m used to going to Epson’s website and searching the model and type of printer and getting the drivers etc from them. I did that when setting up this printer as well because I certainly don’t have anywhere to insert a CD-ROM. While the drivers and printer software were downloading and installing on my first computer, I went ahead and used my wait time to set the network settings on the printer itself and also align the print head. I love how big the screen is on this printer. I love the automatic tray that comes out to catch the printed paper also! Once everything was all done on my end it was time to finish up on the computer. I connected the computer to the printer using the Epson installation program without incident, selecring the option for the printer already being on my wireless network. Basically, its an intuitive installation program. Connecting the printer to internet beforehand saves time i think. ============================================== It is worth noting that I almost didn’t buy this printer because of all of the reviews about the installation process. I bought it anyway because it was on sale, and I’m really glad that I did because the installation process is a piece of cake.

Only ever really bought Epson and a lot of good and bad reviews on there printers. To me i feel they are good quality printer, there print quality is probably the best on color, photos always looked great on Glossy Paper. Most will say they are ink hogs, not sure how others are at this though !! This printer is a step up from my older XP-600. Like to have an all-in-one printer. Works great with black and white speeds it trays open and close automatically is nice feature. WiFi works well with all even Apple products, iphone,ipad,etc.. Automatic scan and copy feature also nice, put paper in a top guide it automatically takes in scans and prints a copy, pretty quick. Ink has not changed much in years for price for these printers and would not suggest aftermarket companies for ink unless printer is real old, past warranty. All in all great printer for the price, worth it.

My HP photo printer died (only had it for about 3 years of moderate use). Decided on this Epson to get away from HP and also since this is compact enough to fit in my alcove. Surprised to see how the printer output tray deploys outward in a transformer-like fashion. The control panel also automatically tilts out so you can see the display better which is a good size and clear. Print quality is decent for both photo and standard color printing and the ability to print and scan both sides of a document is rather astounding in such a compact printer. I'd give it 5 starts but the ink is so expensive for this model so i had to deduct one.
