I bought this projector to upgrade my 4 year old Epson for outdoor movie night. (Was basically a classroom projector.) The difference was night and day! This is probably the sharpest picture I have ever seen out of a projector, and it's insanely bright. I was able to watch things before sunset outside!

I was really amazed by the quality of picture. That’s really a good purchase by me for this thanksgiving. We feel the quality as we are in theatre.

Regardless of the “throw” (distance from projector to the screen) you can adjust the size of the picture to your exact needs. Bright and crisp. Plenty of inputs and works great to control the sound on my Yamaha receiver. I bought this to replace a 7 year old projector which was too dim even after replacing the bulb. I love this machine.

I've had a couple of older, business-class projectors that I've used occasionally, both in the living room and outdoors on a 12x20 screen. They were inexpensive and were great for those one-off movies or events with friends and family. They worked well and were a lot of fun, but I couldn't watch them every day. When I finally decided to dedicate a room as a home theater, I knew I needed to step things up a bit. Let me get this out of the way for anyone on the fence about buying a new projector versus using an office hand-me-down: For daily use you definitely want a good projector that was built for the home. The difference is stark - the colors, details and contrast are so much brighter and clearer. As far as the 2150 in particular, I can't really say anything that wouldn't echo almost every other review here - the picture quality is excellent for the price. The fact that the lamp has a great projected lifespan and replacement lamps are incredibly affordable made the decision even easier. Top marks to Epson on this one. I highly recommend it!

I had to modernize my home theater, and when I saw the Epson Projector this was the perfect solution. Since the last time I bought a new projector 13 years ago technology has moved so quickly, this model with its 4K and 2500 lumen blew me away when I first turned it on. Unbelievable clarity, and picture quality. Absolutely worth the price.

After trying a lot of bulky and expensive projectors, I've selected this for it's 3D capability, great reviews, low cost lamp and brightness. The performance was beyond our expectations and the way it rendered colors on 150+ inches wall was phenomenal. Noise was very low in ECO mode. Super sharp and brilliant true colors. Highly recommended

Installed in my family room. We have a large wall (23' x 16') that I never knew how to decorate, but a 10' projection screen works perfect. Image is crisp, unit is easy to use and setup. Also very portable, and we've been easily able to use it in the house or take it into the backyard.

This is my second projector after I returned LGPF50KA projector it has low lumens though great picture in the night. But EPSON 2150 has great lumens and the picture quality great in the light room with blenders. The fan noise little high in normal mode which is required in day light for a bright picture but it's very quiet in ECO mode. The ECO is adequate to watch movies in the dark. The quality of the picture is almost comparable to 4K. I really loved this projector except little noise in normal mode.

Ever since I saw my friends projector I've wanted to get one. And I am very happy with this one. I've been using it for a couple weeks now and I've just been projecting it onto my wall for now until I can get a screen and the picture is awesome. The fan is a little noisy but once whatever is playing starts you don't notice it. Everybody who sees the picture on the wall is blown away, it's awesome!

I’d give it TEN stars if I could. Great picture and we just have it on a white wall. Fantastic picture!! Great remote. Fan is not quiet but when you’re watching a movie you can’t hear the fan anyway. Fans do have a purpose! This projector is so worth every penny!!

Nice sharp picture. Motor is not too loud like other projectors. Make sure you get a 16:9 screen for this. Speaker is nice and loud, but somewhat distorted- you probably should also get independent speakers. Has ports to attach fire stick, roku, macbook, iphone , etc.

I bought the Epson projector for my movie room. I was able to get some free movie theater seats and created the ultimate movie room for my family. I love the picture quality of this product and the brightness of the picture. My only reason for not 5 stars is the ability to reposition as much as I need and focus more than one adjustment. Once clear, it's great, but just could be easier.

This is our 3rd projector and we thought it may just be a quick stop gap until we found a great 4K one. Wrong. This one is amazing. Bright even with the curtains open. Sharper than our expensive optoma that it’s replacing and the setup options are better than what the price would lead you to believe.

The picture is super bright and crisp. Using Eco mode since it is so bright. Great zoom, focus, and keystone features. Only downfalls are the fan is a bit louder than I hoped, but not horrible. And if you ceiling mount you may run into an issue with your mount. All the mounting holes are near the front and the weight balance is way off. My bracket couldn’t hold the weight and would pivot up. Had to make a block to brace the front to the ceiling.

After buying a cheaper projector for watching movies outside that was ok but quit working after the first 2, I ordered this upgrade as a replacement. This is a heavy and large projector. You will want to buy a case if you are planning to move it around. We haven't watched a movie outside yet, but I tested it out inside and the picture quality is miles above the cheap one I replaced.

Really love this projector. So bright you can view with the lights on and see full detail. Picture is very clear. Has multiple brightness settings. I would recommend natural or cinema. Dynamic is super bright and will shorten bulb life. I use as a tv and love it.

Has absolutely amazing picture quality, bright and works well in the dark or dimly lit room. Solid piece of equipment and isn't very loud. I wasn't looking to spend this much on a projector but it was worth it for the quality.
