I love the tracking system of ProSense 57 GPS Heart Rate Monitor Watch. I use it for running and general workout activities. I feel that it provides an accurate summary of my activities. I like the material and it feels very durable. Additional features like message integration with my phone make this watch perfect for staying connected to information that is important to me while on the go.

The Epson ProSense 57 is an excellent, easy to use watch that has everything (and more) that I was looking for in a fitness watch. Setup was easy, no problems using the app which has worked flawlessly with the watch for me so far. So often when trying to sync up a new product with my phone, I run into connectivity issues or just confusing directions. None of those issues with this watch. I also found the watch very comfortable. It has a lot of holes in the band for adjusting to the size you need, so I think it will fit most people pretty well. I haven't really checked to be sure, but it seems to measure my heart rate accurately. And I love that this has built in GPS. I like taking my dog for walks through a wooded area near my house. Now, I don't really expect to get lost there, but it was a good way to check the accuracy of the GPS. I found it to be pretty much spot on, so I feel like I can trust it in other areas that I may not be as familiar with. I'm not a hugely active person, but this watch seems useful for all types of people. Since it's constantly monitoring heart rate, it's interesting to see what my heart rate does throughout the day, like when I'm at work, or actually being active.

I don't know what else to expect from this watch. It does everything it's supposed to do. My only drawback is that it doesn't have a meal tracker. The app interface is a little complex, I had a hard time navigating through it. The heart rate monitor and step counter is accurate.

For running, this is a great watch in theory - GPS, heart rate monitor. Very cool. However, I am not impressed with the app. It crashes very often, and desperately needs to be improved. Compared to my Fitbit, the heart rate monitor and gps are very accurate. However, the Fitbit app is far superior. All in all, I think there are better run watches - Fitbit makes some of the best ones, in my opinion.
