After attempting to contact that company they only responded by email only. The next day I returned it and went to BestBuy. The representative pointed to this scanner and have used it and it was great!

I spent a lot of time on the phone and the technologist could not get it to operate on Bluetooth. Other than that the scans are perfect and I can put them anywhere I choose
