    No matter what i did with this unit i could not keep a line from showing up in different areas of the picture. Was disappointed

    It works well once you get programmed, had trouble after extend time without use. Had to re download program.

    This scanner was difficult to get to connect wireless at first. But the quality is good and is very useful for home use.

    App gave me a hard time syncing with the scanner. Program didn't work on my laptop. Receipts and documents must be in pristine shape to avoid issues with the scanner accepting it. Not what I expected.

    At first everything worked fine after a couple of scans it stopped working.I thought it was my phone so went and got a new phone and still did not work got a replaced scanner and did the same thing.

    I bought this to scan pictures and after a while they streaked and then it quit working. Granted I had scanned about 3000 pictures in two days. I took it back and got the next model up and it is great. Able to scan multiple pictures which this one did not have that capability.

    Unlike my portable Epson printer which is wonderful, this scanner is absolutely horrible to connect wirelessly. It happens randomly after extended periods of time if even at all. I have given up and went back to my app and snapping pictures.

    I was not at all impressed with this scanner, it would not consistently scan documents and constantly dropped wireless signal and I had to repeat the steps to connect after each scan

    Software out of date. Tried to correct problem with Epson, but they could not get it to work. Three techs could not solve hardware products with Windows 10. Had to return to store for refund.
