The scanner does not work now that I’ve switched networks. I truly regret buying it and will never purchase another Epson product.

Gave this product a try after reading reviews that seemed positive. It is a nightmare to install and the quality is very poor. I returned it.

Not good for business use requiring document exchange that can be read and write. Better scanners on the market for not much more in price

Good product but can't connect to Wi-fi.

I like the compact size. It works quickly, and I am satisfied with the quality of the scans I have done so far. But I am unable to get it to work with my Wi-fi connection. I have tried the different methods and re-installed the software but nothing works.

Easy to use, easy to set up, very impressive. Never use my desktop scanner anymore. This is faster and easier.

My son recommended this scanner...and it works great...I already had an Epson printer that I love...so it was a name brand that I trusted...and in today's world...scanners are a must have product...and as always...I love shopping at Best Buy for new products...

Does not work with Airport Extreme

I have many Epson products that work great. However, if you have an Airport Extreme DO NOT BUY THIS SCANNER. I spent 2 hours of my own time attempting to install the scanner in WiFi mode on a Sunday. Tried all options. Could "see" the scanner fine, but no applications would communicate with it. Just spent an hour and a half on phone with Epson "support" and repeated the exact same steps. They provided ZERO additional help than what was already in the manual or online. I used to be a Microsoft Level 5 tech. I know what I am doing. Complete waste of my time and I will be returning it promptly.

Half an hour to setup, still doesn't work. Save time and money and use an app that costs $1.99. This piece of junk is useless. Would give less than 1 star if possible.

I had read a few reviews... a few people had problems with the install / wi-fi setup, but I consider myself a fairly advanced PC guy, so I bought it anyways. The software install went just fine and initial config too. But when the time came for the unit find my network and it be found by ME, the wheels fell off the wagon. I spent over three hours on the line with support from malaysia or someplace. Level 1, then Level 2, finally "Level 3", the expert! Each time I had to start over explaining what had been done, what had been tried, ETC. Eventually the level 3 guy tells me what the level 2 guy thought, it must be a "bad unit". They were willing to process a replacement unit. "SWEET", I thought. BUT I could either give them my credit card and a DEPOSIT ($119) of more than I paid for the unit OR I could send the unit in, THEN, once they received it, they would send another unit along. I said Heck NO but thanks for nothing, I will return the crappy thing back to Best Buy who better not give me any grief about this purchase.
