software was adequate, this works best on 8x11 sheets of paper, glossy or photographs tend to slip and you have to re-scan or manually assist them through scanner

It has been easy to use and not had any issues with it in the several months we've had it.

I purchased this for my husband small business. He loves that it is portable and user friendly.

I admit that I am a novice at scanning, but very experienced at using a computer. I made several attempts to connect the scanner to my network using the wireless connection, but after three days I justed decided to use the USB connection. No problems there. I do wish the directions were clearer and more detailed. I have only used the scanner twice, but plan to start using it more in the winter whem thete's snow on the ground..

So I absolutely love this scanner. I am actually using it with my iPad so it's really nice to be able to just scan things and go. The only thing I've noticed is the batteries die very quick (maybe I just scan a lot). But I did contact Epson and you can buy a wall plug for it so I'm waiting for it to get off back order to get it so I can use while at home. I would definitely recommend this item though.

It is a tool to use because it's portable. Still could use a way to make a word item

The scanner is great for mobile. I'm not hard on my equipment but I do travel constantly. I'm on my 2nd D40 scanner for 2016. They wear out faster than expected. To get the best scan. Velcro the bottom of the scanner to your laptop lid. This lets it scan better by using gravity to feed the sheet into the scanner.

Easy to use. Could not connect wirelessly. I just connect using the USB hub.

I bought this scanner to scan old pictures we had in boxes. It works great and downloaded everything onto a thumb drive and now don't have the clutter.

My printer / scanner is in another room. With this portable scanner I can sit in the living room and scan documents without having to get up each time. wonderful product

At first it took me a few tries to get it to work for me but that was do to the head space of the operator once I figured it out it was so easy to use
