Over all it's a good machine .. It did develop a crack on the water lid .. I might return it .. It's not critical but still shouldn't have happen .. This is my 3rd coffee maker in 4 years they don't build them to last

I'm surprised at how small this is. I also enjoy being able to make my own lattes or serve multiple friends when the pop over for a spell.

One of the main reasons for purchasing this machine was to have a compact coffee, espresso and milk frother. That is the only positive part of the machine "it is compact" Now for issues: 1. The machine is hard to program for the amounts of cups of coffee 2. When pouring coffee in a cup, it spills due to the small area of the pot that is supposed to be a sprout 3. It is cheaply made, most of the machine is plastic 4. The espresso filter holder has a plastic handle, which broke off within a week of use 5. The coffee filter over flows and stops working 6. It is hard to see that the water tank is empty I could go on and on and on Today I am returning this machine. I am glad that I have 30 days to return, I have had it for 3 weeks, It would have gone back 2 weeks ago, but couldn't find the box it came in. The question asks "I would recommend this to a friend" I checked " No" and I state " I would not recommend to anyone, friend, neighbor or enemy, no one, ever" I am very disappointed! I suggest that you look at another coffee, espresso and milk frother. This one is not made well and does not live up to its expectations :(
