After buying a very expensive Dyson, I had to return it because they have gone to complete self-adjusting heads. This sounds great on paper, but if you have decent quality carpet with high quality padding, it sucks down and you cannot move it. A friend loaned me a Hoover to try that had the adjustment, but it still would not work and bogged down. This one works great on thick or thin or bare floor, and I am very impressed that they use a real aluminum wand instead of plastic. Only complaint is that it wants to fall over when you are using the attachment wand. This is a great value!

It's not heavy to push, lightweight and has a long hose to it.

This vacuum turned out to be the best, lightweight vacuum.

Way too many plastic parts that have broken with gentle use. Does a decent job of picking up dirt and dog hair, but plastic pieces wont stay attached. I will bring back to Best Buy to look at since it's only 3 weeks old.

The vacuum has a changeover malfunction... When vacuuming the floors, it does an extremely well job whether carpet, hardwood, or tile. However, when switching the knob to the hose extension it may take 8-10 changes to get the vacuum to engage... It's a malfunction that is irritating... I do not recommend this vacuum...

I love my new vacuum! The suction is great, cleans pet hair like a dream. I love having all the attachments at my fingertips.

This vacuum cleaner is good for light to moderate dirt pickup. If used on hardwood floors it has a tendency to blow debris instead of quickly picking it up. Sometimes you have to go over the same area 2 times to get it completely cleaned.

This products is great getting up pet hair. I have 4 cats and have horses and this vacuum gets up all the hair very easy.

I have pets. Pets that shed! Both my cat and my dog shed just about every time they're touched, but this vacuum helps to keep up with them! Last night, I went to town on my cat with a furminator comb, and had a huge pile of cat hair to clean up. The attachment on the Eureka didn't hesitate to suck up that pile of cat hair! It then was easy to dump out of the canister into the outside garbage. Great product, well worth the money! Plus, it's an attractive appliance!

A little bulky but one of the best carpet vacuum cleaners I have ever owned. Overall an excellent product.

I have a black cat and so far this vacuum is keeping up with her. I wish it had better attachments for getting under a bed. The unit will tip over. That is the only reason I did not give it 5 stars. This is much lighter than my previous vacuum and suction is good.
