Very loud, does not come with a flat bare floor tool that will fit under furniture when using the wand. Poorly balanced when using the wand. Whole unit tends to tip over.

I like the furniture attachment. It got my recliner super clean. I've only used it for about a week. I have two cats so I vaccuum everyother day and I haven't had any problems with this at all. It's really easy to dump and clean the filter.

I was a little hesitant about this vacuum at first because of the price but it has proved itself time and time again. It picks up anything in its path. It works better than my moms very expensive vacuum.

We have a dog that sheds and this vacuum works great on pet hair. I like the feature to turn off the spinning brush so we can use it on our hardwood floors as well.

I like the fact that it has a canister instead of bags......I have 2 cats and plenty of cat hair!! It does a wonderful job and I am very pleased.

Sadly, I only had this for two months. The first time we received it, right out of the box it didn't work... the brushes on the bottom would not spin. (In fact, it looked like we had been sent a used one. The box was VERY beaten up, we were missing manuals, and part of a label to a different address was still on the box.) Best Buy sent us a new one very easily. The new one worked very well... almost embarrassingly well, in fact. We only have two cats, but with the amount of hair this thing ripped out of the carpet you'd think we'd had 200. We vacuumed regularly with our old machine, and this one pulled SO much dust and cat hair out of the carpet in every room it was shocking... our carpets actually looked brand new after. Sadly, I went to use it yesterday and... the brushes no longer turn. Without the brushes, it barely picks up anything. We were pretty disappointed as it had been working fine the last time we used it, and, well, it's only two months old! Fortunately, Best Buy returned it without any hassle (we had also bought the four year warranty) and refunded us the full amount on a gift card so we could do more research before getting a new one. It's sad, because if the vacuum had lasted, I would have had no qualms recommending it, but this one is just way too unreliable and poorly made. Thanks to Best Buy for their great customer service.

My girlfriend is really happy with her new vacuum. Works great and no problems with it so far.
