Got this on sale from the Best Buy "clearance" rack - great product at a great price.

The Eureka has a great "pull" and really cleans. It seems to clean very thoroughly.

Good vacuum. I have had it for a couple years left and its still going strong. My one complaint is that it tips over easy when using the hose.

I bought very plush carpet and is is the only vacuum at the store that actually would work, since it has the different carpet manual adjust.

I spent a large amount of time researching the best vacuum. I didn't want to spend a "dyson" amount, so the cost of this one was perfect. I love the mechanics of the attachments-the telescoping wand is awesome as is the stair/pet hair piece. The vacuum works extremely well and I was shocked at the amount of dirt/hair/dust it picks up. I previously had a bagged vacuum, so I went out on a limb with a bagless because I just wasn't sure I wanted it. I really like it, it is so much lighter than my old Hoover bagged and emptying the canister was not as bad as some of the reviews of bagless I had read. It pushes better than my Hoover which was self propelled. Watched my husband put it together, that took all of 4 minutes I think. I think you will be very happy with this vacuum if you decide to purchase. We actually got the last one they had in stock, so it appears it is very popular!

If I knew this vacuum worked that well and economical, would have replaced my double priced vacuum a long time ago. We have 2 cats and a German Shepard... works well to clean up after them as well as normal vacuuming needs. The pet attachment and ability to shut off the turning bristles for hard wood floor usage is a super+ Not going to say it will suck a golf ball threw a garden hose, but the hand held vacuum part is very deficient. cut time in 1/2 thus saving electric.

I vacuumed with my old vacuum them used this new one and wow what a difference this made/ It picked up a lot dog dirt and dog hair that the old one missed.
