Not nearly as good or memorable as Dazed. It’s an unbalanced movie but if you’re a fan of Linklater, it’s worth owning if you can find it for $5-$6.

Caught part of this one night on TV - bought it shortly thereafter. Excellent movie about baseball team before the season starts -- brings back memories of teammates I had throughout the years. Very representative of the times - kind of like Dazed and Confused except for early college times instead of high school. Cool music too.

Not as great as "Dazed and Confused" but this is a great fun movie. How the characters interact with each other are great. Great performances all around.

Excellent look at college life during the late 70s early 80s. Kind of a spiritual sequel to director Linklater's previous Dazed and Confused.

Remember when they made good movies? Not 100 million $ collossus' , just good movies that affected you on every level. The characters are well drawn and fully realized. Moments of hilarity. After spending 2 hours with these guys, I wanted more. Definitely will watch again and again and quote this one often

After some more "artistic" projects, Richard Linklater returns to the territory that started his career. I saw "Slacker" during its theatrical run in 1991, and "Dazed..." during its theatrical run in 1993. "Everybody Wants Some!!" is a welcome return to the themes and structure of those two films.

Dazed and Confused is easily one of my favorite comedies and coming of age type movies. I was really looking forward to this effort from Linklater as it appeared to be a spiritual successor to Dazed. Although not a bad film, this one lacked a quality that elevated Dazed to greatness status. Maybe with a couple repeat viewings my tune will change, but for now I would only recommend this film to die hard Dazed fans.

A good movie with some good jokes and good plot. It was a throwback to dazed and confused. We really enjoyed it.

This was a very funny movie. I watched it with some of my poker buddies. Everybody liked the movie. Four stars.

The dialogue in this movie was spot on. Richard Linklater really knows how the younger generation talk to each other, its set in 1980's Texas. It reminded me of Dazed and Confused & Dancer, TX pop 81. Definitely worth picking up! dvd/bluray/digital for a great price.

This is pure 80's comedy hijinks. The cast is fantastic, the wardrobe and music was spot on and the story was hilarious. It was almost as if this movie was actually made in the 80's. I highly enjoyed it and recommend it to anyone who who enjoys 80's goofball comedy.

Good follow up movie that’s a cousin to dazed and confused.

EWS is a low budget "sequel" (sort of) to Dazed and Confused. Richard Linklater does no wrong in this fantastic movie about college life in 1980. A no name cast but the acting is superb. I could watch this film a hundred times and not get bored. A MUST see.

I appreciated the intelligent dialog, but this one doesn't come close to the classic Dazed And Confused.

It's an ok movie. Set in the 80's. Wish it was more like Linklaters Dazed and Confused but oh well.

Overall, this is one of the best films of 2016 so far. Every scene is as important and as memorable as the next. The acting is brilliant and the comedy is perfect. This movie is an enjoyable and memorable nostalgia ride through the 80's.

This is a really great throwback to the 80's, filled with nostalgia and great characters!
