It is an awesome power house of a video card! Expensive, but a great card

This is my second 670 FTW. SLI makes any game I throw at it screams. Great performer, wish it was just a little cheaper. Just the cost of high end gaming!

I am a very avid PC builder and I know hardware well. This card is AMAZING, Especially the FTW edition. It uses the GTX 680 reference board and I am able to push this card further. The only downside is there are no more of these on this site for me to order. I want a third for TRI SLI. I use 3 monitors at 5040x1200 resolution.
One card is sufficient for most and was on par (for the most part) with my SLI GTX 470s. However, I demand the best experience possible while gaming :)

I've run Witcher 2 with Ubersampling and get an avg of 30 fps. That drops when in big battles, but without ubersampling and in heavily modded Skryim I get 60 fps regularly. Have yet to test it on other high performance games. It is an amazing card, worth every penny I spent.

Great graphics card. Little short on memory.

I've had this card for about two months in my primary gaming rig. Been solid/stable, no issues. I like that you can download their app for adjusting graphics card settings. Even for someone like me, who doesn't do a lot of overclocking, the fan adjustment tool is fantastic. (You can set the fan to come on at specific temperatures, etc...
The price is a bit high on these cards. Granted, they are FTW edition cards, but for the price, you can almost pick up a GTX 680.
MEMORY SHORTAGE! Considering that if you use two cards in SLI, you only get the video memory from one of the two cards, 2GB simply is not enough. It is perfectly fine for anyone with a single monitor setup. (Especially at 1080p# but people with super high res monitors and/or nVidia surround setups #3 monitors) it's a bit lacking, and you can easily hit the 2GB wall with many of todays current "top titles." This means that as games progress, this will become more of a problem. nVidia needs to stop selling 2GB versions for cards they want to have nVidia surround functionality...
Other than that, ... great card, ... no complaints...

I upgraded from a 2x nVidia GTX 460 SLI setup to a single nVidia GTX 670 FTW edition. I will probably never use SLI again based on my previous experience with it. There were several games that were completely incompatible with SLI mode, and others that didn't handle it well.
Since switching to the 670, I've been much happier with overall performance and compatibility. The primary games that I have spent a good amount of time on since getting the card are Star Wars: The Old Republic and Civilization V with the Gods & Kings expasion. I have also spent small amounts of time testing other games (Guild Wars 2 on beta events, The Wither 2, Just Cause 2, Fallout 3 & New Vegas, etc..) and this card has handled every single game that I've tested very well on the highest settings.
The only issues that I have had are the following:
- Even with most updated drivers, I have had the display drivers stop working spontaneously and crash whichever game I was playing. This has happened in Civ and Star Wars, and I think it is heat related.
- I have recently been testing 3D with the nVidia 3D Vision 2 kit. I've only been testing this for a couple of days, but it doesn't seem to like switching between modes. Once it's in 3D, it works well, and in 2D mode, it works well, but transitioning between the 2 doesn't seem very intuitive or easy. This may have more to do with my inexperience with it than the card or software/hardware though.
Overall, I've been extremely pleased with the card and am happy with my purchase.

Drivers keep crashing and have to complete reload all drivers.
i think its because the cards are over clocked and causing the games to crash. never had this problem with PNY Cards i will be returning these cards soon for a full refund. been reading some forums and i am not the only person having this problem. buyer beware!
