I was doubtful at first that this could outperform my previous card, with a dual gpu, but it has outdone it and more. I've been using this card for several months and it has been reliable and fast.... loving my gaming again.

Ok, using with my 70" TV 1080p/i7 4ghz Ivy bridge Fast as hell. Everything like gta 5 is maxed out (save the grass) most games do DSR AT 2130X1200 FOR extra sharpeness

Absolutely great, runs everything you could ever want to play at max. An example, Witcher 3 on ultra including hariworks, sweetfx mod, and enhanced distant terrain runs around 45 to 55 easy. Power for a great price.

I switched out my 2 Radeon HD 7750's with the 970 after becoming fed up with all of the driver issues that come with AMD cards. I did not expect to see the improvements that I did with this card. I threw everything I could at it - graphics rendering, ultra quality gaming, multiple monitor gaming - it handled it all without breaking a sweat. As a bonus I also got game codes for the Witcher 3 and Batman: Arkham Knight, which I was going to buy anyway, so that saved me over $100. All in all, I am very happy with the performance of this card. If you are thinking about getting it - do it.

I picked this card up for my son and his computer instantly became a gaming PC. The performance is great overall the card runs quiet and cool. He games for hours and hours with no issues. This unit is different from the EVGA 970's you can buy elsewhere. It does not come with the fan power switch that lets you turn the fan on all the time. With this unit the fan comes on when it gets hot enough around 60c. The other difference is you can't add the back plate that promotes better cooling. However, the card runs so cool I won't miss the fan switch or the back plate. Excellent card.

Very easy to install and make it work. Was using the GT 610 that came with my PC and I did't know what I had been missing since I installed this video card.

Huge upgrade from my old AMD R9 270X. Runs nearly as quiet as my old card and huge boost in performance. Glad I finally jumped on board the Nvidia Train.

It is easy to install and use. It can handle most games with high quality setting. And the cooling is excellent. It keeps under 80C even in a high workload.

Installation was really easy and the graphic on this card is worth the money upgraded from a gtx650TI!! Amazing card!

Got it on sale for $314.99! Boosts to 1520MHz constantly and runs everything I've got a 1080p/60FPS+ If you're looking for something in the $330 range I would definitely recommend a 970 or a R9 390!

Installation wasn't very hard to figure out. However, if you aren't mechanical let a pro do it. Gaming is noticeably smoother and and graphics are higher quality. I highly recommend this card.

Not sure what I can say about this video card other than it's amazing. I play Witcher 3 on all Ultra settings, with the exception of hairworks turned off. 1080p and 60fps. Get this card.

This card is absolutely amazing totally blows my GTX 660 Ti out of the water i would recommend this card to anyone. When I decided to get a GTX 970 I saw a lot of comments about coil whining being an issue so I was a little concerned. However I decided to buy one and figured if there was a problem I could always just return it. Well my card does not have any coil whining at all. I play games like Call of Duty, Crysis 3, Battlefield, World of Warcraft, and each of these games it has run at ultra without any problems. I also run only 1 monitor so maybe that's another reason I haven't had any coil whining but I would definitely recommend this card.

The graphics I get from this card is wonderful. The only thing about this card is that I didn't like/expect is how huge it is and it takes up a lot of space on my board. I would guess it would have to be this big to perform this well and accommodate the fans to keep from over heating. No complaints about performance.

Great card, so easy to install just plug it in and boot up. Wanted the 980 but this is such a big upgrade from a 460 i don't even care now that i'm running this card.

Upgraded to this graphics card from 660 Ti and it is absolutely amazing. Runs most games at ultra settings at 1080p 60fsp+

We purchase this upgrade to my kids BuyPower computer to give him for speed and graphics. So far his is very happy with it and his uploads are faster as well.

This card plays everything I have at ultra or near ultra settings, including Black Ops 3, Fallout 4, Assassins Creed Syndicate, Witcher 3, and many more. I have no problems with this card and EVGA has great support as well as an upgrade option within 90 days. All you have to do is register the product and pay the difference between the card you want to upgrade to and what you payed for this one minus tax. So if you can afford this card now and then save for the next couple months you can be playing all the newest games and still upgrade for the future within 90 days.

Very fast card, used this for editing video and it was a noticeable improvement over the GTX 760. It runs cool, doesn't produce much heat and very quiet.

Bought for my existing desk top as an upgrade for gaming. So, it has met or exceeded my expectations on games I play and has been great for blue rays.
