not worth the hassle

Burn my system!

The fan stopped working and somehow overloaded one of the cables causing it to burn all the wires in my system.

Dead on Arrival

They did not have another available so did not exchange. Only time this has ever happened. Was quite the surprise.

Three-plus years and still great!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I first got this PSU for a build using an AMD FX-8350 and a GTX 1060 3GB back in 2018. I knew the 8350 was a power hog, so I wanted something a bit overkill especially for upgrading later. I have since moved this unit to a PC running a Ryzen 5 3600, 32 gigs of DDR4, an RTX 2070 Super and several storage devices as well. It's worked perfectly this entire time, with no issues I can think of in its entire lifespan. It's silent, cables are durable (if a bit stiff at times when hiding them), and it powers everything perfectly. If this changes, it won't be shown here because Best Buy doesn't let users update reviews for no good reason whatsoever :) But knowing EVGA, I will never have an issue with this unit.

Awesome PS
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this power supply a few months ago for a awesome price so this is a very high quality PS it feels very solid and works great with no issues at all.. The semi modular design i really like its kinda redundant to have the power supply as a removable cable from the PS in my eyes so i really like that design .. The cables are well made and plug into the PS with no issues and has enough connections if you want to run high end graphic cards or dual cards. The quality is so high it gave me a 7yr warranty after i registered this on EVGA's website.. I RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR A UPGRADE ..
