The Evga 850 watt power supply is easy to install. The power supply provides more than enough power to power any system load. The Evga power supply is semi modular which helps with cable management. If you are in the market for a good quality power supply this is a great purchase.

Modular wiring makes this a Best Buy. Only uses the wires you need to power your system. No extra wires just hanging around. The wattage is more than enough to power most gaming systems, and believe me, my system uses a lot of power.

Bought this to replace my 550 watt ps due to upgrading to a power hungry Vega 56 video card and a cpu upgrade. The install was super clean due to the modular wiring and this is super quiet. Runs my system with no issues at all. I would buy one again if I needed another.

Had an issue with previous PSU not providing enough power to my GPU and the rest of the components, causing games to crash. I upgraded from 650W to this, and it fixed all those issues. Quiet. No complaints.

Got this to replace a 750w that I thought was the issues with my black screens. Old PS had only 2 vga ports this one has 4. Got a new rtx 3080ftw which needs 3 pci e cables. The old one had 3(one pigtailed connection) I was able to use but people said using pigtails wouldn’t be ideal. This one has 4 independent slots for vga/pcie which works out great. It seems that my black screens were due to a failing hdmi port on the tv possibly. I switched ports and no blacks screens so far. I had some the moment I installed the new PS but since changing ports it’s gone. But I’ll keep this PS incase I decide to upgrade my cpu later on that requires more power.

For around $100 this power supply is an amazing value. Can power the highest end gaming machine without even trying. The only negative would be it is pretty big and may not fit well in smaller cases.

As an Upgrade from a 700W that I had to send back to be replaced / repaired, this is a beast in very well-made! Instead of a plethora of cables coming out of the back these are individually plugged in as per your need. And that alone is less clutter and lots of more air flow! 120mm fan is bigger than my 700W as well. This was $100 more than the 700W, but im glad i did it now. I just received the repaired or replaced 700w back from the factory, so now I've got a backup!! 10 year old computer that I built and I've gone through three power supplies. :)

This unit provides all the power I need to run my current machine with plenty of power left over for any expansion I do in the future. It runs very quietly and has been very reliable.

I have found EVGA power supplies to always be solid and well built. No major complaints about this unit or its performance. My only gripe is that this is not completely modular. The motherboard power cable is still hardwired to the unit. The only reason it was a minor issue for me was that I don't like dealing with cables while I'm putting together my PC as it can sometimes make it awkward to install depending on the case. I'd rather get everything situated cleanly first, then plug in my cables after. Again, a very minor point for an otherwise strong power supply.

This EVGA power supply is modular which I love because I only plug in the cables I actually need. It was larger than what I had expected but it still fit in my computer case a little tight but still fit.

If you are a clean freak and love to organize then this psu is good for you because it’s fully modular and could put the cables you only need. Will provide more than enough power for all your components.

I've had this running on a rig 24/7 since purchase in November of 2022 and its still going strong. Also runs very quiet.

This is a great power supply, plus it includes everything you need for just about anything you want to plug it in to. I also appreciate that all of the cables are flat. It makes cable management much easier.

Good value, the cables are strong, and high quality. The powder coating is well done, and the fan is almost silent.

I had a power supply finally fail on me and needed a replacement asap. Runs very quiet and modular support is always nice. Only had this about a month but so far it's working fine.

worked great, however it was overkill for our applications at the office. Low noise & heat level. included 4 PCIE cables = 8 connections which are great!

850W are hard to find lately and I wanted to replace the 500W EVGA PSU in my son's rig so he could use the RTX 2070 I replaced. I really like EVGA products. The cords didn't come in a fancy cloth bag like my Corsair 850W, but that wasn't a show stopper. The cables did come with some EVGA branded velcro ties, It's not fully modular as the 24-pin cable is hard wired to the PSU. There is a molex cable if you are still into that. It seems well built and I have never had any issues with an EVGA product. It installed easily and powered right up. I recommend this product.
