If you can get this for 30% off, it's an excellent buy. Unless you want to put a 3090 Ti level card in your PC, this will have enough to keep up with your build. Downsides: This is a deep PSU. Over-built compared to what you may find in a typical 750 or 800, you won't have as much room for tucking away cables as you may desire. Being modular, however, you can keep unused cables boxed away for when/if you need them. The Eco mode switch was not compatible with my build. Lights would flicker, it had trouble posting. No biggy, though - it doesn't get loud even with a high load on it. The build quality is excellent. It's a good PSU.

My previous power supply died, but I had been planning on upgrading it soon anyways. It runs great and is very quiet. Overall very happy with my purchase so far.

This Power Supply is great because it's modular meaning any cable you don't need, you don't have to plug in. This PSU has some many extra ports for multiple graphic cards. It's also silent.

I decided to upgrade from a 750W to a 850W as the newer graphics cards are getting more power hungry. I chose EVGA due to their reputation for making excellent products and great customer service. So far this power supply is working well and is quiet. It was able to support my new RTX 2080 super graphics card well. By the way, as others have mentioned, this is a semi-modular power supply since the power cable for the motherboard came directly off the power supply, though the rest of the cables (i.e. for CPU, graphics card, SATA hard drives, peripherals etc) are attached to the back.

Powerful and dependable. Easy to use and install. Use only what you need for powering up your system. A solid recommendation for those looking for a worthwhile power supply.

Solid power supply. Works great and powers my motherboard along with my 6750 XT video card. No issues and the fan is quiet. I would have went full modular but the price and being able to get it right away at the store, let me take advantage of not having to wait. Wish the Motherboard power supply cable which is the only part not modualr, was just a touch longer but it works.

Cant go wrong with EVGA. Had the 750 then bummed up to the 850. Love these power supplies.

This power supply has lots of options for connecting extra parts if you decide to. Quality product well worth the buy if you need extra power

Works flawlessly as far as I can tell. Love that all the wires are black and not ketchup and mustard colored. Powers my Overclocked 2600X and Radeon Vega 64.

I purchased this for a new computer build. It installed very easily and fit the case perfectly. I have no issues with it so far and the price was fair. Delivers plenty of power for a high end processor and graphics card.
