    I had been enticed to purchase an Oculus Rift during the Summer of Rift sale. The only thing my PC (Acer Aspire TC-780A) required to be upgraded was the graphics card. I looked for a card that both met the specs of the Rift as well as compatible with my PC and the 1060 6GB fit the bill nicely. After self installing the graphics card to my PC (a first for me, made easy by watching a YouTube instructional video), the Oculus Rift installed and runs perfectly on my PC. This is a great card for someone looking to upgrade their PC to VR ready without needing to go all-in on a $1000 gaming rig. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
