I had issue with trying to edit Full HD (60fps) with current spec. Intel 6th I7, 24GB ram, 2TB 7200rpm hard drive, Internal SSD 240GB (use it to store video file for editing) AVS Video editing software (latest version) I was able to edit HD video format (30fps with 1920x1080) with original graphic card that came with Dell desktop. Time to time had issue with pre-rendering/preview view, video was little choppy. I even try to edit the file from SSD but that didn't help. So I bought GTX 1030 but that didn't helped either. At least with 1030, playing Full HD was smooth, before, it was also very choppy as well. Did some research and best solution would been move OS to SSD but I wanted to see if I can do it without. So decided to give a try with GTX1060. Yes, more $ for causal editing but man!! Was that the best $300 I ever spend on upgrading. After installing, the whole desktop felt like brand new, No more issue with pre-rending, real time preview, even day to day operation seems to be a lot faster. So yes, anybody having issue with Pre-Rendering / Preview during video editing, highly recommend upgrading graphic card instead of anything else!!

My children are at the age where I no longer get to play on the PS4, so I decided to buy a the 1060 6GB for me. So far no issues running Wildlands and the Witcher 3 with a 400W power supply. I recommend this if you just want to play the most popular games at 60FPS. Stream, Humble Bundle are great to way to get games.

This is the lowest of the capable graphics/gaming cards on the market. Anything lower is worthless. As of 02/09/2018 the price of this card has risen $200.00. Though this is worth the suggestest retail price it is NOT wirth $500. or more $.

I scoured the internet looking for a video card, as I had the poor luck of needing one after this whole bitcoin mining thing took off and every decent card was twice what it cost the week prior. BB had this one at its normal price and I snatched it up. Runs everything at max settings, I couldn't be more pleased.

I love the quality of EVGA graphics cards. I was able to install the card and drivers in no time at all. The card overclocks well, and I feel like I'm getting good performance for the money. A GTX 1070 or 1080 would be great, but the additional performance per additional dollar spent is not worth it for me.

Very good performance with anything I've thrown at it. Would recommend to anyone looking for mid-tear GPU.

This card has replaced my years old EVGA GTX770. I play Destiny 2, WoW and a few other games. Excellent performance with all of my games running on high settings. EVGA is my "go to" manufacturer for video cards for many years now. Installation was simple and no issues with drivers.

I already had this card on my laptop and knew exactly what I was getting. It was worth the price.

Installation was simple. Windows 10 picked it up right away, fully functional after one restart

This card did more then what I was looking for. I can now play mass effect andromeda on ultra at 70fps. Which is very very nice! I was looking for a card that would last me 1year and this will do just fine. Only thing was it's a huge card, almost didn't fit in my case.

If you are a gamer this is worth the money. Moves faster, gives better definition.

The gtx1060 is a great graphics card for max 1080 and high 1440p settings. It has a respectable 6gb of ram providing textures and geometry otherwise missed due to lower ram or processing power.

I purchased this card to use on my rift. I have had thus card installed now for about 2 months, and it's working very very well. I am playing Grand theft auto on Super high max graphics and it never glitches, my rift is smooth as butter. Would buy again

This GFX card is exactly what I was looking for. It can run most of the games I play at high or ultra settings at 60+ FPS. I would highly recomed this card if you are looking for something decently priced that will run your games well.
