Faulty software when it come to recording macros

Had a problem returned one unit grabbed another had same issue after a long exhaust full communication with he program developer a resolution couldn't be found . A glitch is in the program when recording macros. It shows up then good luck in finding it after that reinstall of the program didn't help as well. Still waiting for a reply from the manufacturer when the issue has been repaired.
