Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been told several times by friends that this product is amazing! So i went to best buy, (The nearest one being in Colorado) and bought me this fantastic looking controller, but i was deceived by the looks! I got home a few hours after purchasing and put in my COD, also broke out my new controller, upon taking out of the box, i fiddled with it to get used to it, the triggers would not move, they were stuck. So i took it back to best buy (Another 5 hour trip *sigh*) and someone fixed it up for me, so i was happy spent another 30 bucks to have someone fix it and got back home, triggers worked and all that, but i get into my game and decide to try out the mods, followed the instructions and they wouldn't work, i even called my friend who also has one, but build one from the site, and had him see if i was doing it wrong, surely enough i was doing it right, it just didn't work at all! I am very dissapointed!!!! I threw the controller in the garbage, because i could not use it, only bought this controller because i needed a new one and decided to try something new, I should have just bought a brand new stock one from GameStop or something :/

Product needs work
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased two of these controllers and exchanged only to run into the same problem. My sons where very disappointed as they were birthday gifts. The first set had something that sounded like a screw or small piece of plastic flopping around inside it, turned out something from the right trigger button must had fallen out as it had zero resistance when pulled. In addition to that issue when I attempted to program the fire rate, following the provided instructions, it made the controller fire non stop with out touching the trigger button. The only way to stop it was to pull the batteries that were new. When the batteries were replaced and the mod, any mod for that matter, was turned back on it did it again. The controller also did not permit a factory reset so they had to be returned. This also happened with the second set I exchanged them for. I did call evil controller and no one answered. I am dissappointed with the product, lack of tech support though I understand they are a small company and hope they do read this to fix the problem. Should I ever end up with these controllers again and find they work as stated I will readjust my review until then I can not even give them one star as I have yet to have a working set. You got one as it was a requirement to post.

Don't Waste your Money

It worked the first time I tried it, but as soon as I shut down my Xbox and came back later on to play that when all the problems started. The 2 leds would continue to blink and and my controller would rapid fire on it's on without me touching the controller. Anytime I tried to to change a mod the right led would shut off and the left led would stay on with no response to any mods. The instructions that come with this controller are very poor, and the customer support just as poor. It would be nice if they had a troubleshooting guide or even a forum on their page. Just think about it real hard before you purchase this. $129.00 is a lot for a controller that doesn't work properly.

We have been in business for over 7 years and none of our products have ever gotten a player banned from Xbox Live or the PlayStation Network. If you could give us a call and explain your situation that would help shed some light regarding your issue. We’d appreciate any and all information you could provide us regarding this issue. Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If your going to get this controller please remember that you might need some experience with modded controllers because is complicated but I'm ok with modded controllers but it still took me 10 minutes to figure it out, but the time being it was worth it. It's a good controller and if you want to get a modded controller for the Xbox one its really good.

Out of the box the L trigger on the controller was "grinding" and the guide to set up the Mods was not descriptive enough. Ten minutes into playing i was constantly laying down and my gun would not stop firing. I'm a pretty patient person, but i didn't have the patience to figure this controller out.
