They were much later than what was scheduled. They did get together much quicker than I could have done. Cleaned up all the mess from assembly. Only thing was they took all the assembly tools that came with the bike and should have stayed with me.

We got our Nordic Track Studio 15i bike installed and I’m so happy we did. The box is huge, heavy, and it definitely requires at least 2 people to install it together. The guys were so knowledgeable and helpful, efficient (took them about 45-1hour) and even helped me put on the wider comfort seat I had bought for it prior to arrival after reading some reviews about the original seat being uncomfortable. It’s an expensive service but I found it quite worth it, especially with all the electronics, I’d be too nervous I’d install it in-properly and then the electronics wouldn’t work the right way!!

Although in reading reviews, putting the Nautilus exercise bike was said to be fairly easy, I still called in the Geek Squad. I'm glad I did because there were several pieces! They delivered it into the room I wanted. They followed Covid safety protocol, they were on time, and they were very efficient. Develin and his partner (I believe it was Daniel?) did a good job. And I have to give them credit because they normally are home theater set-up guys. So as I asked questions, they answered apologetically all that they could since exercise bikes were not their specialty. Good job!

This portion of the purchase proved to be the most problematic. After over a week of haggling, finally a respectful team of delivery/assembly people showed up hours later than they said they would be. They explained that they had to come from New York for their route that day, which was understandable. Not calling when it was clearly past the time agreed upon was not acceptable. Compounding the situation was their taking of the tools that came with the purchase of the product. These were a part of the items ongoing maintenance for the customer. (wrenches) that came in a sealed pack. Now when the screws inevitably become loosened from usage it will require me to purchase the same tools again.

Very happy with my purchase of the Schwinn - 170 Upright Exercise Bike! After a disappointing experience with my first purchase of the NordicTrack - Commercial VU 19 -purchase, Best Buy made exchanging the dangerous Nordic bike, (the biking resistance settings were set way too high and couldn’t be adjusted, and the seat would not hold in place and would dangerously fall off while pedaling) with a much better , more user friendly, and less expensive Schwinn bike very easy. Thanks!

Service was great and took around 45-50 minutes from when they got to my place to when the exited. Very nice when they arrived and made it very simple of a process. If your a handy person, save yourself the 150 I think it was for installation and do it yourself, but I feel more comfortable leaving it in the hands of the company in case they make a mistake, It is easier to just get an exchange on them. But for piece of mind, it at times will cost. I sat in my living room while they did the job of putting the bike together.

The elliptical is great - I worked out this morning however the installation was another thing altogether. I paid an additional $200 and as much as they put the item together very well, the clean-up was horrible. These days, you should bring your own supplies..they took the box away and the stuffing, but they left a mess on my floor. When I asked if they were sweeping it up, they said "oh do you have a broom". I said never mind...I cleaned it up myself. I know you utilize third parties but that's all apart of the addional funds!

These guys got a bike that came in a million parts! They got it together in record time and showed me how to use the bike. Unfortunately it was NOT the bike I originally ordered. THAT one was in stock when I ordered it, and they SOLD MINE, so they made me make 7 calls and 6 1/2 hours on hold to get this one. I am not short, but this one is cheaper and feels it. It hurts me and I cry every minute I use it. I feel as if I have been baited and switched!!!! Right now I HATE BEST BUY. but LOVE the guys who put it together. I want the other bike

The BESTBUY TEAM SHOWED UP ONTIME AND SET UP MY BIKE WITH EASE- they put shoe covers on and set it up and removed the box and trash! Perfect

Geek Squad did an a Great Job. there were some hiccups. Perhaps they should get a wee bit more training on building the different brands. With that said, it was better than me having to do it :-)

Good service but they took the packing materials when they left. I didn't notice till they were gone. Now I can't return it. You think that professional services would know that.

This experience was so great! Our technician, Jose, was absolutely the best! We couldn't be more pleased with his service and excellence. He was friendly, pleasant and an overall joy to have in our home. He did a great job with the installation and explained everything to us after related to what we were getting with this bike - i.e., tool, audio cable, instructions, etc. We wish Jose the best and are grateful for his superb work!

Geek Squad agents did a fantastic job assemlying my new Echelon Bike in record time & hauled all the wrappings away, and left a cleaned post install ment area. Very impressive work & service!

Both installers were great. They made sure I understood how to adjust the seat and handlebars if needed. They also took the empty box and all the packing and wrapping with them. Big kudos to both of them as the delivery was not long after a large amount of snow had fallen and parking was horrible due to dibs, this item was quite heavy and they had to carry it up a couple flights of stairs.

Given the weight of this thing, I decided it wouldn't be easy to do this by myself. The two people who came were quick and efficient. They knew what they were doing, and they were very polite. I checked the tightness of the spd pedals, and they loosened them for me. (That can be difficult on stationary bikes, but not on real bikes for some reason.) All was good.

The installation was quick, and the techs were knowledgeable and respectful of COVID-19 protocol. Invited questions regarding the use of the bike.

The install crew did a great job- didn’t damage anything on the way in/out of the house, wore masks, placed it exactly where I asked, even asked if I had an under-mat planned for it before they put it together. They showed me how it worked before they left and left the remaining tools and manual that came with the equipment. Overall they did an excellent job and in a very short amount of time, well worth it rather than me trying to do it myself!

I get frustrated sometimes with how long it takes me to put something together that I've purchased. This time, I elected to pay for BestBuy installers. Two fellows came and delivered my recumbent bike and put it together for me. They were very friendly and knowledgeable, and finished the job in around 45 min to an hour. It would've taken me several days, so I'm very happy.

Install crew very friendly and efficient and on time. Install and assembly was done in a little over an hour. Cleaned up after themselves.

Very friendly and on time. Would recommend they are more familiar with the product they are installing or not verbalize that they had not set up this product before. They did assemble without issue.
