Assemblers never sent or brought missing left sided hand weight holder like they promised to do. Other than that they were pleasant and installed everything quickly and cleaned up afterwards.

Can’t say enough good things about how much I love having this bike….. just that it has had some defects but Norditrack does respond with solutions

We got this bike installed and delivered to the house as it was heavy in the first place and I’m not the handy man so wanted to get the things done in the right way !! The guys were really professional , they knew what they were doing and did the whole set up in the right time frame with ease . Thanks to them for taking extra care for themselves and us in this pandemic time . Keep up the good work !!! Thanks

Professional installers from Geek squad adhered to Covid protocol. Sanitized equipment with wipes I gave them. They were efficient in the time it took to assemble. This was the Nashua NH store. The manager Ms Umana helped facilitate me getting this Schwinn bike after the Nautilus I originally ordered was unavailable for 6 weeks prior. She gave me first assembly appointment available thank you!!!

We were apprehensive when we added the cost of installation to the cost of the machine which was already too high for us. But we were glad to do that because we would not have done it by ourselves. This machine was really heavy and complicated to put together, but the installation team was very professional and did it quickly and efficiently.

Expert delivery & assembly! I never would have been able to put the Schwinn recumbent exercise bike together myself. It’s a fantastic bike, but a lot of parts to put together & Best Buy sent someone that knew exactly what to do & how to set it up quickly, so I could use it immediately. Highly recommend using Best Buy’s delivery & assembly service.

Purchased installation along with home delivery of my new exercise bike. The technicians were very professional and efficient and had my new exercise bike delivered and assembled in about 30 minutes. I probably could have put it together myself, but that would have taken me much longer to do so. This service was a great convenience.

Brandon and Alyssa were very professional and respectful of my home space. They did an amazing job with the instillation of the workout machine. They ensured all trash was cleaned up and ensured the machined worked. They guided me on how to install the iFit app and connect to my home internet. Would definitely recommend spending the extra money to have the installation done!

Professional all the way. Installer called and actually scheduled a day earlier which worked out great. Everything went together smoothly with no parts left over and everything tight and secure. Have been enjoying my recumbent bike for a few weeks and everything as advertised including the assembly of the bike.

The first recumbent bike I bought turned out to be too small. I explained this to Best Buy, and they responded: No problem. So I upgraded to the Schwinn 270 recumbent bike, which the two-man team set up and assembled in short order. This is the third time these gentlemen have been to my house, and they do great work.

Assembly and installation for my Recumbent Bike was excellent. Technicians are highly professional and efficient in getting the job done. They have no problem accomplishing the installation at the location needed and when done the install is totally complete -- unlike other assembly with other stores. Product support is always excellent at Best Buy.

This really should have had 2 guys bringing it to set up. It was obviously too heavy for this poor guy to lift. Taking it up my stairs he nearly dropped it when his dolly broke, I was at the landing and thank God I caught the box. The handlebars are a tiny bit askew but I don't want to have the guy back. He also had a really bad cough with a ton of phlegm, he should not have been working when that sick.

Easy scheduling and installer arrived in the window as expected. They called me right before arriving. Installer unpacked and setup the unit, cleaned up the packing materials and made sure the unit was working. I tried to tip him but instead he said to reply positively to the survey that was sent the next day. Good experience.

professional and fast. less than one hour. wear mask. haul away shipping material. clean up. brief intro on operation. no missing parts. leave behind necessary paper work. showing up on time. notification and confirmation the day before. two people working together. only wish is that they wear gloves. overall nice delivery and installation job.

The delivery team was on time and did a great job with the NordicTrack exercise bike assembly and installation. They were friendly and followed Covid safety protocols. They assembled the bike carefully and quickly - probably would have taken me three times as long! Worth the extra $ for sure.

The installation was a lot quicker than I expected! Very friendly staff, and very clean, they offered to take their shoes off while bringing my spin bike upstairs. Very informative with the product as well. If I ever buy an exercise equipment, I will definitely have them install it again! Thank you again Geek Squad!

I had my Bowflex Velocore bike delivered and assembled yesterday. The team arrived within the time window and also called me beforehand to let me know they were on their way. They even cleaned up all of the mess from the packaging before they left. Very professional.
