The Best Buy Geek Squad team delivered and put together our exercise bike in our garage. They put down a cardboard floor covering. They then carried it into the house while keeping 6ft distance. The two individuals wore masks, gloves and booties. They wiped down the bike and carried off all packing material. Excellent service in this New Normal.

I had a very good experience with the delivery team that brought my Spin Bike and set it up for me. These days it’s not so easy to come by delivery people that are friendly, because they are just so busy. But the two men that brought my bike did a fantastic job, and were done very quickly.

This elliptical machine is well-built and has a good set of programming and adjustment features.

Delivery and installation guys were absolutely the best. They delivered and installed our treadmill and bike. They were respectful of our home, clean up all packing/trash and made sur we were comfortable with house equipment operated, etc. Worth the extra money!

The installers did a great job. Installation took about 90 minutes. They explained how to us it, told me about my warranty and the 5 year warranty I bought and explained the ‘free’ 1 year online fitness program. They were very professional, respectful and followed the COVID guidelines.

The installation of my cycle bike was EXCELLENT!!! The two installers were great, they were both very professional and nice and assembled the bike correctly and quickly. This is an excellent installation company!!! I am fully satisfied with this service!

We got the Schwinn IC4 exercise bike installed by the Geek Squad. No hassle, no lifting, and quick installation. It took the guess work and my wife's future complaints out of the picture. We have had the exercise bike for over a month now. No problems, so far. We also got the maintenance insurance.

I bought it on 5 may...it was installed 26 may....21 days...too long...paid cash on 5 may...should have been installed sooner...the geek manager at the store was excellent...she was in a difficult situation that Will put her in,.....she is a good leader.... thanks the bike is worth the investment.....just wish I could have got it earlier Lyle

Wasn’t set up by a Best Buy representative. But the contractors they got to do it were very fast, and efficient. They had my bike up running within 20 min of arriving and cleaning up to leave. Just hope your Best Buy has local contractors that are as good as the ones I received.

Installation was superb by a great couple (husband and wife) who were on time, professional, friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. Was a little pricey, $199, for the length of time it took them ( a little over an hour) but very happy with the installation overall.

The installation techs were great. They were thorough competent and friendly. They also answered my questions and made sure I was comfortable on the bike before they left. I must say I was surprised to see two women delivering and assembling the bike. They were great. Women rock!!!

The guys that delivered and set up my exercise bike were professionals. They arrived early in the delivery window. They observed Covid protocols and got the job done quickly. In less than 30 minutes I had my bike set up and I was ready to ride!

3rd party installers did a good job assembling my exercise bike.

Courteous, prompt, efficient reps that delivered and assembled our bike. Called before arriving and put together the bike in no time. Because it was a nice day out, they did it in my driveway and then brought the bike in fully assembled.

It took more than a month for Totaltech to finally do the installation - after 2 confirmed appointments. The customer service was nonexistent. The actual installation went off smoothly and the product is working as expected. However, the bike seat is too narrow and is very hard to use.

Fantastic recumbent bike assembly by Geek Squad! What a stress reliever. Worth every dollar. Instructed me on use. Did not leave anything for me to clean up. Nice and courteous, plus relaxed but professional attitude. I would definitely use them again. Please pass along my thanks!!

The Best Buy team arrived on time and installed my elliptical within an hour, but the machine has a clicking noise after 3 uses. I can tell it is coming from the right arm sliding inward and hit the machine. The left side is tight and does not have this issue. Can this issue be resolved?
