The installer was great. No complaints. He took all the box’s that the elliptical came in.

I love the bike except for the fact that its probably more tuned towards taller users. I am 5'2" and the screen is a bit higher for comfort. I will be looking for an attachment to put my ipad or phone or kindle during my exercise regime. Its a great bike otherwise.

The two guys who came to my house were nice, considerate, careful, observant of good Covid etiquette, and very tidy. They cleaned up after themselves too. Before they left, they had me hop on the bike so they could adjust it for my frame. VERY pleased with this team of guys!

After a few hiccups with timing and cancellations due to some glitch in the system, all went well. our installer, George was fast, efficient and did a great job putting this together. Theresa was great with follow up after our first appointment for installation was incorrect.

The installers, Rich & Corey, were professional and courteous. They communicated and notified me prior to their arrival and were efficient in working with me on placement. Assembly was done very well & the machine functions great! Looking forward to the workouts!

I had Best Buy deliver and Install my new Nordictrack Excercise Bike. Best Decision EVER!!! The delivery men were on time and very efficient. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. I would request the same people again if they are available.

The guys who put my bike together were great. Showed up right on time. Quiet, efficient and pleasant. Saved me a whole lot of work. They got it up to my second floor and put it together. I got to enjoy the bike right away.

Two very professional gentleman did the set up and installation. It was done quickly and they shared user instruction info and warranty info before they left. They removed all boxes and packaging. I would not hesitate to use this service again.

The installers were very professional and polite. They were also extremely efficient in removing the old bike and building the new one. They ensured the seat was secure and did not move.

Two nice young Geek Squad guys came in to assemble exercise bike, did an excellent job in a reasonable time, and hauled off the box and packing trash. Worse masks for Covid protection. Thank you. Now to try the actual bike.

Love this bike. It is worth every penny, The guys that came to assemble were not that helpful when it came to adjusting. I had to figure all that information out my self

I am so thankful for the installation. It was a heavy bike and it took three people to get it up the stairs. The directions looked complicated but they did a great job putting it together. It is worth the cost!!!

It appeared the Geek Squad members who set up the bike had no experience with this model. After assembling the bike they spent about 15 minutes attempting to set up the ap listed in the manual but our electricity went out so they were unable to finish. My other concern about the Geek Squad is they had poor quality masks and one person let his mask drop repeatedly. Our electricity outage was clearly not their fault, but if they had been familiar with the model of bike, they would have known that the ap named in the manual was no longer active and an alternative ap was necessary. I've attempted to do the setup myself with some but not total success. I found the correct ap doing an internet search but when I installed the ap, there was a $10 charge!

The folks that came to install the stationary bike were very professional. They installed the item properly and quickly. Good service and makes the total tech membership worth it.

The assembly team showed up on time, we very polite and considerate. Let my cat supervise the work! Took time to explain the use and took everything away. Always glad when there is not problems.
