    The assembly team showed up on time, we very polite and considerate. Let my cat supervise the work! Took time to explain the use and took everything away. Always glad when there is not problems.

    The installation was pain free for me. He opened up the brand new box & installed it within 30-45 mins. The tech was courteous and I've had no issues with using the bike. He did a great job.

    The delivery people were very nice. The installation information said they would demonstrate the bike and connect to the internet. They did neither. This was supposed to be part of what I paid for. Save money and do it yourself or find a handyman.

    The assembly and installation was a breeze thanks to the technicians that came out to do it! They did it in timely fashion, and adhered to all social distancing and were quite respectful and didn't leave any mess!

    Purchased the 270 Schwinn recumbent exercise bike. The installers were very professional & gave us clear instructions on how to use this equipment. Very happy with this purchase.

    So far the bike has performed very well, and my wife likes it. Would recommend for the beginner, easy to use and program. Guy that brought and assembled did a great job!

    Set up and service was awesome. The two gentlemen were pleasant, quick and efficient. They took time to explain the use of the bike and answered all of our questions. I would use them again without a doubt.

    Deliverers/assemblers were prompt and courteous. They called around 15 minutes before they showed up and assembled the exercise bike quickly. I am very happy with the delivery.

    GEEK SQUAD arrived on time. wore protective shoe coverings. very polite . Efficiently put the Encumbent bike together. Gave instuctions on use. Very happily satisfied with installation.

    the guys were doing this for the first time but they got it done nevertheless. it was a bit long and they had to hassle a bit, but their attitude was so easy and nice, that it did not matter at all.

    Two Geek Squad Guys arrived on time, were very efficient, did not waste any time, and assembled what would have taken me 4 hours+ in 45 minutes. An they cleaned everything up and hauled it away.

    The Geek squad contacted me the day before and agreed to have this assembled and brought into my house in one piece. My only complaint is that the screen isn't illuminated.

    Tech had garbage attitude...no help

    I explained to BB customer service that I purchased a machine from them...installed by their tech...and it doesn't work properly. It turns on and works for 30 seconds, but the console doesn't have feedback from the machine and it shuts off automatically (because it thinks its not in motion). So I have a brand new useless $2,000 elliptical. When I contacted BB customer service, I told the BB representative that I contacted the manufacturer who told me to identify a reed switch under the front panel and ensure it had been calibrated during setup (which would have happened during install testing by the tech originally). Its my fault for not standing over the installation the first time and making him prove to me it works before he left. My bad for trusting your employees to do a good job without supervision. I've learned from my mistake. Anyways...not a big deal (at first)...stuff happens and the customer service rep scheduled someone to help me get it fixed (I thought). BB sent the SAME guy out...who took 1 look and immediately said "Nope just stop here. I don't do maintenance". I'm upset that 1 - I tipped that tech $40 the first time he came to set up the machine...and when he came back, he had the most garbage attitude about the whole situation...refused to acknowledge any issue on BB end and said its not their problem. He offered zero help even after I felt like I had been an exceptional customer to HIM. 2- I understand he doesn't do maintenance...but its not my fault the BB customer service rep sent him back to me after I told them the manufacturer stated a reed switch needed to be calibrated to fix the issue. They could have sent the right type of tech out instead. And instead of the installer just contacting BB to meet me half way and reschedule the right person to help...he took a picture and left..and told me I could take the 200 pound machine back to a store to return it (super cool...im a 5ft tall woman...there's a reason I paid $240 plus $40 tip for someone to install it). This experience was so bad that I will not purchase anything from Best Buy in the future. No more appliances, machines, TVs, phones, games...nothing. If the manufacturer can't make it right then I will be contacting the credit card company to do a charge back for all my wasted money and time. You guys lost a long time customer.
